Hotel is not a hotel. This is an apartment and has been converted into a hotel. They didn’t changed the bed sheets and pillowcases. Broken taps and shower. Great value for money Staff service is excellent

This facility is good fir students but not good for peoples stay with 4* or5* facilities. Food quality was also not upto mark. Washroom was not clean.

The worst experience I’ve had ever with a hotel. I informed the hotel I’ll be traveling with my 9 month old and booked a suite. The bathroom had no hot water, there was a cockroach in the room. We asked for an extra duvet. It came after 3 hours and constant follow up. It smelled damp and a distinct odour. The front desk were the most unhelpful. My husband and I were exiting the vehicle. We were carrying our baby and 3 big suitcases ***** with a backpack. They just watched us struggle to enter the door. One of the ladies there walked towards the door and then just turned around when she saw us. I’ve never experienced this in the hospitality industry ever. The electricity went out for 30 mins and only the hotel was in darkness. The complex next to it was lit up. The whole place just looked run down and not well maintained. I was really disappointed. We stayed there for 3 hours and then left. We have not rcvd any refund although the MD suggested they give us another room but when my husband went to view it, it was in the same condition. Super disappointing. I booked it after reading these great reviews but I guess it has deteriorated in the last few months? We lost close to 40k as had booked for a week

Pratik and Ujjawal did a great job. Everything is good. Food is top notch. Satisfied with the services. People are helpful. Its safe. Comfortable & clean.

I have booked for 2 nights on 26th and 27th so I was given room no 601 and it had locker issue so they made me to move 602 and a/c was not working and then moved to 603 where flush was not working. I checked at 7.30 pm and till 10.30pm I did not get room to stay. Mosquitoes and cockroaches, it's totally disappointed and luckily it was buisness stay so never ever gonna refer to this hostel to anyone. Pathetic experience and never experienced at any of the hotel in my life

Spacious rooms , Good Internet connectivity , Good amenities in the room / good bathroom Good room service . Gave early check -in Poor Location unless you are working in a software company in Electronic City , Not near any shopping market or Mall

Starlit Suites offers a wonderful experience with great food and a pleasant ambience. The atmosphere was comfortable and well maintained, making our visit truly enjoyable. The staff welcomed us very warmly and were kind and courteous throughout. A special mention to Sayantan and Amarnath for their excellent service—their hospitality and attentiveness really stood out. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely recommend Starlit Suites.

Sayantan, Ujjwal, Donjoy helped us a lot during our stay and immediately helped to resolve any issues and even went ahead fixing a toy for my son. Also team helped with early check-in.

Such a worst hotel i have ever seen, there is no safety, cleanliness and respect of customer. Proper lifts not working condition. Room floors are more worst. Food is not good. Cab facility only in day. Even bed sheets also they change. House keeping is not good. Minimum amenities also they wont give.

Dont Book this hotel !!!! Unfortunately, my experience was far below the expectations I had based on your hotel's reputation. Firstly, I encountered significant issues with room service. Despite multiple attempts to contact the service team, my calls went unanswered and my requests were never attended to. This lack of response was incredibly frustrating and left me without the necessary amenities I expected. Additionally, the bathroom facilities were not up to standard. There were no bath towels provided, which is a basic necessity for any guest. The absence of such a fundamental item was disappointing and inconvenient. Another major issue was with the room's curtains. They were either malfunctioning or improperly installed, making them impossible to open or close. This not only affected the privacy and comfort of the room but also hindered my ability to control the lighting. Overall, these issues significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I hope you will address these concerns to prevent future guests from experiencing similar problems. I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to resolve these issues and improve your services.

It was definitely a good experience. The rooms are spacious and the location is amazing. Special mention to Jaetin and Vikram for taking good care. Food is also good. Thanks to Bhupendra for smooth coordination!!! Few of the hotel staff were rude and hesitant to provide services but overall I didn't let that affect our experience and stay at Starlit. Definitely recommended.
