The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I am a seasoned traveller and have stayed in good hotels which have cordial staff but La Sara Comforts is horrible. The staff is very rude, argues badly and has often shouted at me several times. The hotel manager Ramya is the worst hospitality professional I have ever come across. She denied me room services and cleaning in the evening everytime despite requesting that as a working professional I can only have room cleaning once I am back in the evening post work shift. She used to shout at me disconnect calls and did not ever return any calls. Ramya does not have any manners and is a disgusting person to even speak to. She gave me only 5 minutes to get my room cleaned and if the staff exceeded the time she would call me and misbehave. That is the kind of behaviour I experienced as a guest. Loba is another staff who was always rude and never served any requests timely. I always had to wait for half an hour for the smallest of service requests. Other hotel staff is equally rude and misbehaved including Rohit from service team. They shout and argue very badly. Have never experienced this behaviour ever. Also the hotel boilers were not working on several days and hot water was not available even in early morning hours despite requesting. Spoke to GM but no efforts were taken on his part to rectify the bad behaviour of staff. He only took my kindness for granted and told me to ignore all this. This is ridiculous. Not a single person here is professional or well behaved. The hotel is full of people who are arrogant and completely uncivilized including the GM who did not bother to answer calls timely. Worst hotel. Won't recommend it to anyone.

I had a very good experience staying at the Hotel. The room was very clean with a excellent and prompt room service. The reception was very helpful explaining required details and process related to check-in and checkout. The Wi-Fi was enough for my regular office work during night hours. The bathroom was kept clean. The Hotel was located on the main road making it very accessible. The Building also has a Restaurant that makes it even better. Also MMT coupon helped me to get some decent discount so thanks to MMT. I will love to book the hotel for my next visit for sure even will propose the hostel for Family or Business Stay as well.
