The toilets have no exhaust so there's always a foul odour. The rooms are small. There was frequent power outages.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever , Especially The manager and Yunesh and team ) lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast and dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. You can access the Cab and Railway Station easily.

Good stay with great facilities, staff is very good, breakfast options are good. Location was easily approachable.

The rooms were excellent and the food was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cost was also very reasonable.

Their bathroom floor was too slippery, i fell very badly and hit my forehead on the wall. I told them about this and they said they put a anti-skid mat. I hope they do. It was so bad, i couldn't even get back in senses for good 5 mins. Furthermore, i ordered coffee and checked upon them after good 30 mins, if they sending it or not for which they said it's on the way, again it took more than 10 mins and voila, i got tea instead of coffee. Usually i prefer staying here, but don't know this time it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Well maintained property with quick service and nice food. Located in the heart of the city at a peaceful spot. The only negative is washrooms that are quite small.
