布魯姆客房酒店-市中心(Bloomrooms @ City Centre)

1人でサクッと泊まる感じなら、こぢんまりとしていてとても良かった。室内も清潔で、アメニティも必要であれば届けてくれるシステムなのも良かった。 また英語が得意でない人や静かに過ごしたいという人には、必要なものは全てスマホのチャットシステムでオーダーできるのが魅力的だと思う。 立地に関しては正直意見が分かれるかもしれない。 もしカボンパークやパレスなどをみたい人ならおすすめだが、ショッピングやナイトライフを求めてる人にはあまり向かないかもなぁという感想。私自身はお目当てのカフェがこのホテルの近くだったので、とても便利だと感じた。

Bloomrooms @ City centre Bangalore is decent place to stay. They offer a great customer centric service. The rooms are very clean and neat. The staff is very customer friendly and professional. I would like to thank Mr Junaid specially. Received really extraordinary service from him and all support on my special request. Keep up the same service and good work

I had come for the business trip in the Blooming Rooms Hotel based in City Centre Bangalore and the experience was really excellent. Overall room size, cleanliness and food was worth at the price what they give. Not to forget, the reception staff members - Gufran, Junaid and Arghya all 3 were so good and always humble in there duties, responsibilities and hospitality that I would recommend everyone to try this hotel once.

I enjoyed my time at Bloomrooms @ City Centre. The hotel has great facilities, the room was very comfortable and it was very clean overall. The location of the hotel, being in the city centre, is excellent. I found though that the staff was not too polite. Also, they gave me the list of prices for laundry and I was not aware that they would do pressing as well (extra cost) and it was unavoidable when requesting laundry service. I feel this should have been conveyed from the beginning. The breakfast is alright. The first day it was really great, I loved the cold coffee they provided, the rava upma was amazing and they provided me with really nice masala dosas on request. However, the second day, there was not cold coffee, only plain dosas (masala dosas not available), poha instead of rava upma (and it was just ok). Overall, I enjoyed very much my time here, however, the cost is on the expensive side.

Very nice hotel in the city centre, probably the best in Bangalore where we stayed. The staff is very polite also, Gufran and the others helped us with everything we needed. There is also water, coffee and snacks for free. I would highly recommend.

A neat business hotel but utterly miss ***aged. I stayed for three nights from 9-12 Oct for a business trip. While the property is centrally located and neat and clean. The staff is poorly trained and mess up the whole experience. I booked under a corporate package which included breakfast and a major meal (two pieces of laundry). I reached just before the restaurant closed for the night and asked the waiter what’s available in the package. He gave me the menu and asked me to chose, I chose a soup and sandwich. The next day I chose to have some snacks instead of dinner. However, as part of the package one can only eat a Thali which was not mentioned in the menu or by the waiter. The so called complimentary laundry service took around 36 hours so effectively could get only one pair of clothes laundered. At check out the clerk took 40 mins to prepare the bill with all charges including laundry charges. The ***ager who sits at another location couldn’t help the front desk guy to delete the laundry charges. After waiting for 40 mins I paid all charges applied and left. The card machine didn’t work once I’m the bargain I was charged twice. And there was no refund initiated by the hotel till I called the sales ***ager and asked them to. Over all a property with good potential but grossly mis***aged.

Ideal for a short business stay. Too small for a couple but ok for a single person. Clean bed clean toilet. Contemporary bathroom fixtures. Some amenities are on request . Locker under the bed is a little too cumbersome to access . No wardrobe is a disadvantage. You will have to hang your clothes on the rim attached to the mirror. Breakfast menu is simple and has different variety every day. Place is safe and has good restaurants in walking distance. Staff are cordial and attentive. Overall very good!

overall I loved the place. The standard room does not have a wardrobe which i was not aware of. That was a little inconvenient for me. The locker is located under the bed so accessibility is inconvenient again. My floor was very noisy because of others who were staying but when i complained it was handled to some extent. It's safe very clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a decent spread

It was my first experience with blooms and it was quiet fantastic. I received a great hospitality. Staff was very generous while being professional especially Arghya at the reception. Room & washroom were very clean.
