酒店在咖啡、胡椒種植園，環境非常安靜優美，圍繞中心湖建立了一些的別墅樓。酒店有3個餐廳，2個是露天的，四面通風，晚上有點涼。晚餐20:00開始。每天17:30種植園有免費導園參觀，學習了很多。衹可惜16:00以後有蚊子比較多，而17:30的遊園讓蚊子有了一頓美餐，如果遊園早上或者下午早一點就可以避免蚊子的問題了。房間硬件還可以，但是浴室、廁所設計非常不合理，進入廁所必須通過淋浴室，洗澡後，廁所地上都是漏進的水，非常滑，如果將淋浴室與廁所的門並排分開，就會解決問題。衞生還可以，枕頭太空棉比較廉價，與酒店價格檔次不符。

I loved this place. Food is amazing, rooms are so big and clean

The stay was good. Buffet breakfast was a good spread of continental and Indian.

Gave very shady room and when asked to change room they don't have same category room as well as they don't have immediately High category so they asked me to pay extra fees which was almost 3 times higher which was paid

Old school 5 star Colonial era 125 years old property

Un magnifique hôtel entouré de verdure. La situation est idéale et pourtant nous n'avons pas l'impression d'être au milieu de la ville. Le service est impeccable, que ce soit la réception, le service en chambre ou lors des repas. Un merci tout particulier à Prakash Babu et Saravanan qui ont été très attentif à mon égard lors du petit déjeuner. Je vais prolonger mon séjour ici sans hésiter.

我們受到了王公般的接待。酒店維護得很好，工作人員非常友善。我強烈推薦傳統的印度餐廳。他們有一款很棒的桃紅起泡酒Chadon，值得嘗試。班加羅爾的和平綠洲。早餐也很棒。毫無疑問值得推薦。

This was our final night in India and the Taj West End was the best. From the warm welcome at reception to dinner in the restaurant and the large, very comfortable room - everything was just perfect. Unfortunately, we had to check out very early to get to the airport so couldn’t stay for breakfast. However, we were provided with a generous takeaway breakfast that we could eat at leisure at the airport. On our return home, we received an email about a shirt we had left behind ; this was promptly sent on to us. All in all a 5 * hotel with 5 * staff!

Had an amazing breakfast. Staffs were incredibly attentive and went above and beyound to ensure a comfortable experience. Big thanks to Saravanan and Venkatesh. Also thanks to the lady at the counter ( couldn’t ask her name) who was considerate towards me and helped us with the seats Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Taj West end - the perfect stay luxurious ambiance, and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in, food quality is excellent and special thanks to restaurant service staff specially R.Mohan and Venkatesh.

Just finished our buffet lunch at the Taj West End hotel. The food, as usual, was great! Cooked and spiced perfectly. Mohan and Saravana are offer outstanding g service and are such a pleasure to talk. We see them both at breakfast and lunch and look forward to seeing them each day. What a wonderful place to stay during our time in Bengaluru.

The hotel was outstanding and one of the best. It is so good ,I would actually rate the best in south.The hotel preserves the old heritage of the land. It keeps the old design on the outside while maintaing the modernish design in the inside. I can keep talking about the garden and the environment... It's that good. The staff is very very kind and responsive.The tour was outstanding , he explained everything very well Mohan and saravanan

The hospitality and service was another level altogether. Mohan, Venkatesh, Saravanan and team delivered sheer excellence in looking after us during our dining at The Machan, every single day. They were absolutely courteous, polite, always smiling and super efficient. The service from in-room dining too was top notch. All our needs were taken care of. The team taking us around in the buggies too were very efficient, polite and courteous. The housekeeping staff too were super efficient and made us very comfortable. Everything every day was spotlessly cleaned. Every one was always going out of their way in helping us and making us feel happy and comfortable. A special shout out to duty manager Varsha who was the first person we faced - such an amazing first impression which lasted right till the end and lived up to the Taj hospitality in every sense. In fact, staff at Taj West End refine the amazing Taj experience by constantly taking it higher and higher. Keep shining all you stars!

A lush oasis of heritage rich calm amidst central Bangalur. Staff were attentive and food and drink excellent. Compared to uk prices food and beverage is mid range but it’s not a budget hotel. We think it’s well worth paying a little extra though.
