This is the worst hotel I think so, they are taking reviews 5 on 5star and giving a amount of 203 for a 5 star rating Which means that it is not good at all This sounds like a huge scam The staff members are very rude . The customer service is 0 and they speak very rudely even though if you ask them for anything and request them they will not even try to listen to your request. using for bad language is this guy using for own language I know understand for Odisha this guy don't know I am asking for another for the sky name (Soumya)🤬🤬 expensive Service Department not feel train persons taken for roadside persons. I am coming for this hotel my family disappointed this guys to him for service🤯🤯 For a 2 star hotel it's pathetic..The service, food is extremely pathetic. The cook makes the same dishes everyday and just renames them and presents it. Too much oil, sweetness and red chilly in the food. The desserts are not having much of a variety and are repititive. EXtremely sweet in taste and very limited quantity. The staff is not adequate to handle the number of guests living and not adequately trained

It's simply a superb experience staying in the 37th cresent hotel. Friendly staff decent food. Many nearby attaraction

The price point that is being charged, the rooms and not well kept. Issues with power, escape window doesn't close properly and so the air conditioning doesn't function well. Hygiene of the complimentary stuff like tea bags are kept in plastic pouches! after requesting to speak with gm and manager, took them 45mins to respond. The breakfast here is below average here.
