mr shetty, mr rajesh , mr nagesh were very polite throughout my stay. they were asking me the whole time whether i want something or if the food was good. i would like to mention the food as well the foor was one of the best food i had in hotels. Thank you for the great service.

He's so dedicated, pleasant and helpful. His eye contact, gestures, initiatives and smile is so genuine. I always go to the hotels but never seen anyone with all the qualities. Too perfect to be working here. They should really tell him to train the other staff and increase his salary for the extra mile services he's providing to the guests-just the basics, but so on point.He's got it all. Me being a cabin attendant, I envied his qualities, so good. Best customer service skills ever.

The staff is very cooperative and helpful. Good things abt this hotel is it has a 24*7 room dining and addresses all queries at any point of time. The location is an add on. It's near to cubbon park, church Street,etc. I had a very nice stay. Recommend all

I had a beautiful experience staying in this hotel. Housekeeping staff were very kind and quick in their services. Restaurant staff Mr. Shetty , Mr. Pilot chanam, Mr Munna infact everyone had a welcoming and positive attitude whenever I entered the restaurant, again quick in service. Thankyou so much for making my stay comfortable.

The service of this hotel is soo good. I went to this hotel on a work purpose. Buffet was soo good so ***y options were there. All the staff was so good specially the chef Mr. Aditya he came to us served us food. Very professional staff. I would recommend everyone to visit this hotel once
