Online Suites has been my choice of place to stay in Bengaluru since 2018. Particularly for people visiting Narayana Health City for medical purposes, this hotel is a perfect accommodation. The hotel is at a walking distance from Narayana. Moreover, the hotel has 24-hour transport service to the hospital free of charge. At the hotel, the staff is really courteous and knows the requirement of their guests. Rooms and toilets are cleaned everyday. The multicuisine restaurant offers home-style food at modest prices. True, it is a little far from the heart of the city and the airport, but cab service can be easily availed. Overall, one will have little reason to complain when staying at the Online Suites.

Hotel admin is good. But the hotel restaurant food is bad & no customer care for giving proper quality of food. The restaurant charged 350- breakfast only. & they even do not give water bottle in the breakfast.

Hotel was located in quite & serene atmosphere away from the noise of the main road. It was not very far off from my office in bommasandra. Only morning hot water was an issue as it is centrally heated. Bathrooms were reasonably clean. They could have also put a wire mesh to windows to keep away insects but same time airy. There was good public park next to hotel which was good place to spend on evening walks.

Excellent service, the food was terrific. Hospitality was no doubt the best. Located near to nh bangalore. The hotel provides shuttle service to the hospital round the clock. The rooms were spacious and well lit

It feels like home. The room, the restaurant, the garden and the behaviour of the staffs, have a feel good factor. The food is of good quality. A complete package of a home away from home.

This property is located in the closest vicinity of narayana institute of cardiac sciences. Free transport to hospital available from the hotel. It has an in house restaurant serving quality north indian, south indian and bengali cuisines. Lush green garden inside gives a refreshing vibe. It also has conference halls for hosting events. Most preferred budget hotel in bommasandra.

Nice place with homely environment and cordial staff. Especially recommended if the purpose of stay is to visit narayana hospitals, which is within walking distance. The hotel also provides free shuttle to the hospital. The staff are helpful and caring to the customers and especially to patients' families.

Could get much better rooms and amenities for near 3k nearby in bommasandra, at least staff were cool there.

The staff is good. However, the location is not very close to the hospital. Also, the property is very average for the amount charged for stay.

Nice place to stay there for treatment. room size and room service is better one. all the staff members very cooperative. i would like to suggest you every one at least stay there to get new experience. room rent is very low in comparison to others
