Great hotel! The breakfast was mind blowing; I loved everything. Fresh orange juice (one of the best)
French toast and pancakes, the chef really knows how to make the perfect batter.
The bed was so comfortable that immediately passed out. Front desk stuff were also really friendly and welcoming. They provided us extra check out time.
訪訪客I stayed from 20 to 25 Dec. I checked in late at around 2 am on 20 Dec and checked out super early on 25 Dec at 8:30 am in the morning. My dad unexpectedly passed away in the city on 21 Dec and for most of my trip, I was busy with the arrangements, returning late only to sleep in my room. On check out day, my flight got postponed and I returned to the hotel. For the most part, the Front Desk people were super helpful. However on the last day when I requested some private space just to sit and collect my thoughts. I was curtly told by Mr Sumit to 'sit around in the lobby'. Of course I wasn't expecting my room back but some sensitive courtesy in replying to a request would have been appreciated. It was a bitter jarring end to an otherwise smooth stay. I won't be staying here in future.
TTraveling TanI recently stayed at Olive Magrath by Embassy Group in Bangalore and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was as advertised, equipped with all the promised amenities. However, I did find the room a bit dark for my liking, which is something to keep in mind depending on your preference for natural light.
The staff at the hotel were a highlight, always engaging and ready to assist, which made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. Their helpfulness and friendliness added a personal touch that I appreciated.
One of the standout features of Olive Magrath was the amazing co-working space available. It's an ideal spot for digital nomads or anyone working online, offering a comfortable and productive environment to get work done.
The hotel's location is another big plus, conveniently situated and easily accessible, making it a breeze to explore the city or get to business meetings.
Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Olive Magrath to those visiting Bangalore, especially if you're working while traveling. The combination of helpful staff, great co-working space, and convenient location makes it a strong contender. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangalore.
訪訪客Stay was pleasant. Arrangement is smartly done. Balcony is present and washroom is also spacious however the room might feel little small. Cleanliness is maintained inside room. However breakfast arrangement seemed half heart-ed and utensils were also dirty.
訪訪客Athulia Residence is a modern hotel with a good location. It looked clean, my room was nice and spacious. One thing that I particularly liked was the mattress, I slept like a baby, and you can see that someone has invested a lot of money so that the hotel looks like a tip-top. However, the staff are pure disappointment, I don't know if this is their first job, but zero stars. First, when I arrived, I was presented with an A4 form that I had to fill out. Usually at any hotel they take a copy of your passport and fill it out. Second, because I liked the hotel, I decided to stay another night, The staff chased me to pay the bill without even looking at the fact that I paid the bill online. Third, when I checked out, instead of helping me with luggage, taxi, etc. they told me to ”stay here” so he could check my room. It's obvious that they never worked at the hotel. Fourth, I don't know how it happened, but last night there was no hot water and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Maybe it was just one hour, I don't know, but for 370 yuans, it's just not worth it. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money.
