I did not stay there. Hotel refused to allow to check in due to “legal problem”. Trip.com had earlier imposed a room type small error that hotel was so quick to reject prior to arrival. Hotel said would refund but Trip.com said no. This happened at more than ten other hotels when booking with trip.com or when hotel said “booking was from Traveloka. Hotel staff took particulars from passport and only return a hour later which they shouldn’t and took photographs of identity documents with different telephones and photocopier.
This seemed like a typical manipulated or corrupted hotel creating financial injuries and worse.
