難忘民宿(The Unforgotten B&B)

秋天是一家可愛且維護良好的酒店。 4樓有一個房間，很棒，乾淨。缺點中 - 空調直接吹在床上，沒有它睡覺會熱得無法忍受，因為 4 樓和周圍的一切都很熱。早餐精美可口。工作人員很愉快。

We chose this hotel to be close to the Chinese new year festivities, and it was an ideal location - a five minute walk from the entrance to China town, and a 10 minute walk to an underground station. The hotel has lots of great features. We were greeted with a welcome drink and snack by the very friendly receptionist, who then took our bags to our room. Amazing Thai breakfasts were freshly cooked each day - much more food than we could manage. On our final day we left early for the airport, and were given a breakfast sandwich to take with us, which was very kind. The room had good air conditioning, a fan, a fridge and a safe. There were welcome snacks, toiletries, dressing gowns and a pair of slippers (you are asked to leave your outdoor shoes in the hall). The hotel has a lot of character - a lot of thought has gone into the decor. However, our room was on the 4th floor and the stairs became increasingly steep with each floor. This concerned me, particularly as I couldn’t see any alternative escape routes in case of a fire. The hotel cats, sleeping in the heat, could also make it more difficult to navigate the stairs. We had a private bathroom on the same floor, rather than an en-suite. The bedroom had a large, comfortable bed, but that did mean there wasn’t much room to move around, or unpack suitcases. There was a set of drawers to store clothes in. The hotel is in a lively, authentic (rather than touristy) area, and that means there is noise from the street at night.

I'm writing this even as I sadly wait to check out - I spent three nights here and could have stayed a lot longer. The Unforgotten B&B is one of the most singular places I have ever stayed at. It's a lovely family-run converted tea house that has retained all its character. The reception and dining area is amazing, with beautiful plates on the wall and knick knacks in every corner. Each room is lovingly and thoughtfully decorated, and has all the amenities including a safe and a mini fridge, and the staff even provide a dental kit and ear plugs should you need it. There's also a tiny welcome kit with candy and snacks and it's so sweet! As a solo traveller I got the smallest room, which was a bit dimly lit but which had ample space. Be warned though, for this specific room the bathroom, though private, is across the hall, so there's a little trek involved. There's also a no-outisde-shoes policy for the room, but they provide slippers for you to wear indoors. The higher floors are approached by steep and dark stairs so it might not be ideal for those with mobility issues. That said, I had zero problems getting up and down them, and the staff are happy to assist with luggage. There's also breakfast included with the room, which is home-made and some of the best meals I've had in Thailand. The best part of my day here was coming down to breakfast to be greeted with smiles and cheery good mornings and fantastic coffee that they hand grind afresh every day. The location of the B&B is also perfect - far enough from the chaos of Yaowarat Road but close enough to stroll down. And there's fantastic street food steps away from the hotel, and the very happening Soi Nana with all the hip bars - Teens of Thailand, Tep, Asia Today - are a two-minute walk away. In all, The Unforgotten B&B has been truly the most unforgettable stay of my two-week Thailand trip. I cannot recommend it enough.

Loved our stay at The Unforgotten B&B! We were able to check in early after giving a heads up on our arrival. The room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, bathroom small but functional (some brighter lighting would work wonders at night!). Breakfast was incredible home cooked fare that left us satiated ahead of a long day in and around the city, and we enjoyed the kitsch and chintzy vibe throughout, as well as befriending NiNi and DumDum the cats. Conversations with Mos were interesting, and even after well over a decade of visiting Thailand regularly, we still learnt new things about the country and its culture which we love so much. The neighbourhood is lively at times due to nearby businesses, but not so much it affected our sleep. Street food stalls, cafes, train station, MRT, massage (Lek Hua Lamphong) and 7-11 all within a few minutes' walk after leaving the guesthouse. Grab rides very easy to book if you need a car or motorbike taxi. Would happily return - thank you Mos and team!

溫馨的賓館，優秀樂於助人的工作人員，一塵不染，是我吃過的最好的傳統早餐，地理位置優越，靠近唐人街，但外面就有一流的街頭小吃。如果您位於頂樓，樓梯會很陡，但值得擁有一個種滿蘭花的封閉陽台。

我們在曼谷住了兩晚。 Unforgotten BB 是我們所要求的一切，甚至更多。我們遇到的兩位工作人員非常友善和樂於助人。房間很好、舒適、乾淨。該地區很熱鬧，很地道，有點吵，但在曼谷市中心並沒有超出預期。如果有一天我們回來的話，我們會回來的。

我們喜歡曼谷唐人街中心的這個時髦的地方，裡面擺滿了各種古董，有狹窄的木樓梯通向四樓，我們的房間就在那裡，最重要的是，經理 A-Moss 提供優質的服務和接待員Nain。第一天早上，我很早就下樓用電腦做一些工作，然後坐在桌旁，大約 30 分鐘後我們就吃早餐。不一會兒，我就得到了一杯美味的熱咖啡。 Nain很安靜，但非常細心和友善； A-Moss 很健談、樂於助人、風趣且知識淵博，他似乎很樂意分享這些知識。強烈推薦，這是我們曼谷之旅的一大亮點。

地理位置優越，靠近地鐵、火車和河渡輪。距離曼谷最好的購物場所不遠。 非常可愛的民宿。 適合整天外出探索的人。房間雖小但很乾淨。加高的床很舒服，房間很涼爽。 兩位工作人員很友好，樂於助人，提出了建議。 物超所值。
