I like the friendly staff, the room sizes and the location.

The hotel location is one of its greatest points. Easy, central and with everything you need within 10 min or less of walking distance. To be honest I was expecting a bit more as the information in the website can be a little bit deceiving. The room looks far smaller for instance and the toilet is really really tiny and tight. So small that even the lavatory is outside in the room (no big issues there). On the other end is has a large full sized fridge with freezer which is a great plus but, again, strangely, it is equipped with plates, bowls, even a microwave oven but there are no cutlery?! Not even chopsticks. The coffee machine is also a nice plus and as a coffee lover I made very good use of it. The air conditioner makes a lot of noise at night so you either need to bare the heat or get used to the loud sound from the fan. The pool is also a bit disappointing but luckily it was empty so it was not an issue. I can imagine that can be very dissatisfying if more than 5/6 people in the pool area. Overall it was a pleasant stay but honestly I was expecting more.

2013年以來已經住過很多次了，這次是住過的最差的一次 房間很舊，浴室很髒，冷氣很吵。我住了 6 個晚上，一直抱怨毛巾水槽的排水問題，還抱怨房間的清潔：有時沒有大毛巾，沒有手巾，沒有紙巾。 可以忍受的服務

Very clean hotel with large rooms and floor to ceiling windows. Only qualm is that the air conditioning is very loud, but it does become white noise after awhile, and the blackout curtains do not fully cover (some gaps at the sides) Service wise was excellent, they also have a hotel tuktuk service to send you to nearby places, and the concierge offered to send us to the nearby benchakitti park after seeing that we were about to hail a tuktuk, telling us to take the hotels one as it's free.

位置很好，離 BTS Phrom Phong 不遠。酒店周圍有很多活動場所，無論是美食、購物、咖啡館，甚至還有公園供您放鬆。 房間睡得很舒服，空調涼快，可以看到風景，床是over king size，很大，睡得很舒服。 浴室寬敞且設計精良。 游泳池很漂亮，但是樹蔭不多。 早餐室：10/10，食物多樣化美味 力量 入住高級客房要好得多，因為它位於較高樓層，毗鄰俱樂部酒廊。房間的尺寸更好。 弱點 我的感覺是我丟了分。房間裡的層數太多了。不同級別區域均無明顯標誌。容易發生事故。

第一個房間－空調壞了，第一天晚上只好換到另一個房間。 第二個房間 - 與第一個房間相比，換成了一個稍微小一點的房間，從床的一側到另一側的走道更窄。淋浴時熱水無法使用。 兩間客房均配有小廚房和酒吧頂。 位置 - 位於市中心，周圍有購物中心和餐廳。然而，從早到晚，道路兩側都嚴重擁擠。

Very good location. Staff was really helpful especially concierge team which is Jan and Alex, was really kind and always inform us where to go. Room needs to be clean a bit just vacuum only. Breakfast was good.
