The service attitude is very poor. I stayed for a week in a row, and the room was not cleaned during the period. Every time I have to call, there are a lot of excuses

Il miglior hotel a Banja Luka, ideale per viaggiatori d'affari e per tutti gli altri. Situato quasi nel centro città, offre tutti i servizi alberghieri. Dista solo 100 metri dall'edificio del parlamento, con ottimo cibo e personale cordiale e professionale.

The hotel itself is like any other Courtyard by Marriott except that it felt like being stuck in a rave club and not a hotel due to the noise level coming from the rooftop private function that finished at 2.30am. And instead of offering to reimburse me for not having been able to sleep for alomst an entire night they appear to have charged me twice. Once through ******* and again at the hotel...

Modernes, sauberes Hotel - wahrscheinlich das beste in Banja Luka. Sehr schöne, ruhige, saubere Zimmer, großes, schönes Bad. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet - allerdings fast zu wenige Sitzplätze. Im Restaurantbereich war es am Morgen, aber auch am Abend sehr laut. Sehr gut besucht. Freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Late-Check-Out allerdings nur gegen Gebühr (auch als Statuskunde!)

Toller Service! Ich war mit dem Motorrad auf der Durchreise und habe eine Nacht im Courtyard übernachtet. Ich durfte kostenlos mein Motorrad in der Tiefgarage auf einem Stellplatz, der sonst nicht genutzt wird parken.
