我們一大早就到了，只想洗個澡，因為得趕渡輪去峇裡島。 我們去洗手間的時候，發現馬桶裡有屎──看起來像是有人排泄的，但馬桶沒沖水。 我們訂的房間應該空著過夜，因為我們那天早上才到旅館。

位置便利。工作人員非常友好且樂於助人。房間寬敞。抵達後，他們提供了茶或咖啡供您選擇。

a pleasant stay at this property! the receptionist was very nice and informative from the start we checked in to this room. the area of the hotel is small and private but the room is very spacious. a plus note that the room smells so good and clean. a simple one yet comfortable enough to stay. maybe a minus point for me, there is no shampoo (idk if its none or they forget to put it back during the cleaning).

We had a fantastic stay in Banyuwangi from July 2nd to July 5th, and Simplicity by Snooze made the experience even better. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well air-conditioned, offering exactly the kind of relaxed atmosphere we were hoping for after a day of exploring. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment we checked in, they went out of their way to make us feel at home and were always quick to answer questions or offer local tips. Their hospitality made a big difference to our overall experience, and it’s clear the team takes real pride in taking care of guests. The location was convenient too, just minutes from local attractions like the Blambangan Museum, with free WiFi throughout the property. Overall, this is a great little hotel for anyone looking for simplicity, comfort, and outstanding service. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Banyuwangi and would happily stay again ourselves!
