When I kept complaining, they gave me a room that was not properly prepared, without even apologizing. Second, for a place that calls itself a resort, there is only one restaurant. The dinner was expensive and the taste was just average. Third, the facilities are very limited for a resort, and there are no additional amenities. Fourth, there is no hot spring facility inside the resort. It is located outside the resort, which makes it very inconvenient. Conclusion: If your purpose is only to use the hot spring located outside the resort, there is no need to stay at this resort. It would be better to visit another hot spring instead.

The rooms and shophouse units are bright, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Many units feature private mineral tubs right on the balcony, allowing you to soak in the healing waters while enjoying the fresh air in total privacy.
