If you have clicked on this property, then you found it! My husband and I were so warmly welcomed by Britny. What a sweetheart she is. We had some laughs while she was showing us around to our Stunning room, the windows and the balcony and the seat in the window!! Waking up to breakfast, Like, a real breakfast!! So delish, thank you Roxanne, Carissa and Maleek. You are amazing. Then we had fabulous chats with Juliana. She was so informative of all the hikes around the National Park. (Easy, huh!) And all things in the area. We are so grateful to you all for having us. We will certainly be back.

We spent 3 weeks traveling New England and the couple nights we stayed here were by far the best. We stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels our entire trip, spending thousands of dollars, and this little bed and breakfast was the best! Decorated beautifully with modern conveniences while still retaining its original structure and design. All the staff was beyond helpful and welcoming; Juliana, Brittany, Roxanne, even the handyman (woman), Christine, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They serve an incredible breakfast with a couple of options (made in house by Roxanne), along with an “afternoon tea” with a large selections of teas, coffees, and lemonade. Not to mention they also serve baked good by Roxanne with the tea. The bed was comfortable, everything was very well cleaned, and they were the only hotel that thought to offer bath salt along with your bath tub! Which was most welcoming after a long day of travel! We even forgot something their and they went out of their way to ship it to us the next day! Don’t pass up your opportunity to stay here! Thanks again, guys!!

Best accommodations ever in terms of gourmet breakfast and midday homemade snacks. Kudos to the amazing staff including our hostess Juliana (thanks for the hiking tips), Roxanne our talented chef , Brittany and Maleek for the extraordinary service! We can’t wait to visit again!!!

We've stayed in alot of B&Bs, but this was by far the BEST! We never felt more welcome, and everyone was so helpful. Breafast? No need to go anywhere else - breakfast was just amazing! Highly recommend.

It was a very cozy homelike property walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. The homemade breakfasts selections salty or sweet were amazing! highly recommend!

Wonderful, large room that was clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. The breakfast and afternoon snacks were delicious. Walking distance to many places to eat and close to Acadia Nat'l Park.

Loved everything about this property! Location is amazing. Completely walkable to everything in town even with the colder weather in late November. The service was great - we even got upgraded to a nicer room since it was empty for that weekend! The food options for breakfast and tea time were great. Casserole, waffles, fruit, cookies, muffins, a mousse dish - more than I would’ve ever expected. Room was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. We had complete control of the heat which was great. Only downside was that the heater was only in the room and there was not one in the bathroom so that got a little cold due to the 30 degree weather outside but otherwise was the perfect stay.

The staff were incredibly attentive, the breakfast and tea time treats were delicious, the location perfect. I would not hesitate to ever stay here again
