服務很好，位置很中心，spa是有點小，人多，我訂的房間view不好，對着別的房間的窗，早餐非常好，有香檳，總括來説很滿意，下次有機會的話會再來

Everything is reachable in the old town by foot. It's not advisable to arrive by own car as there is a huge construction site opposite the narrow street and no doormen. A permission for public parking in the area they sell for 30 euro per night. Take your key when going out late. Reception might not be manned. Restaurant only offers convenience food.

地理位置不錯，門口打車方便。在里加用bolt打車非常方便。 作為Radisson品牌酒店，該有的都有。房間空間的設計倒是挺特別的，兼顧實用方便性和空間視覺效果。 早餐品種豐富，omelette味道適中👍 值得推薦！

An extraordinary building ; one of the most architecturally impressive hotels in which I can remember staying, with wonderfully helpful staff and a location that can not be bettered -- with a commendable breakfast. Five stars ! But then . . . Beautifully configured and equipped rooms but, constraints on urban buildings being what they are, and the architects having elected a stunning central skylit air- and light-well, our room, at least, had no window. Where was one to be placed, after all ? The air-conditioning worked well, but truly fresh air was not available. The housekeeping staff had neglected the bathroom attached to the room that we used. Hair, a cotton-tipped applicator stick, and -- simply -- dirt were on the tiles. This can happen. It was very different from the rest of the experience of the stay. But there it was. Have a look around when you check in. Ask for a repeat cleaning of your room if you think one is necessary. Enjoy your stay.

額外付費,服務很差。到達辦理入住,沒人服務,前台沒有接待員。確實等了10分鐘左右,給了個電話,沒有接,但前台接待員到了。然後去了他們的餐廳,很模糊的服務。meniu上沒有雞尾酒(這就是我們來找的),問了,然後服務員給了單獨的雞尾酒菜單。最後回到房間,意識到我的牀單很髒!我們剛到就去接待了,要求換一下。接待處的同一個人帶着新的羽絨被和亞麻布,代替了我自己,這意味着如果同一個人在整個酒店內做一切,就缺乏工作人員。早餐不錯,看到人們喝葡萄酒,但它沒有標記,因爲它包括在早餐中,瓶子坐在酒吧桌上的所有早餐之外。

房子正在裝修，整層樓包括我的房間都瀰漫著裝修的氣味。走在通往房間的走廊上，感覺很不舒服，因為有些區域正在裝修，有些房間的門開著，家具都擺在走廊外。除了位置不錯之外，我對這氣味的感受真的很不好，尤其是在睡覺的時候，這些難聞的氣味會讓我鼻竇發炎。我要求換房間，他們說房間已經滿了。我要求修保險箱的電池，但他們沒有修。我出差住了兩晚，這對我來說是個非常糟糕的經驗。如果您正在裝修地板，請不要出租給我們，或至少在租給別人之前先清除氣味。

This huge (444 beds) former ”Moevenpick” Hotel in the outskirts of Riga can be a good value (see below) but shows its age (potentially from 1990 not much rennovated. The parking space is offered as ”free” but capacity is limited and you might park on public areas (as long as this is free to all, hotel will keep their parking ”free” - I suppose soon private parking management will start (charge impertinent 5€/h or so) and hotel will offer ”bargain” 25€ for the night as in Centrs. The rooms are quite good in size and equipment (single room AC in summer is a plus!!) but oldfashioned and worn - so I'd say acceptabel for sleeping only. Customer are mainly travel groups from Germany, Poland and other Baltic states. In summer it's nice that you can have breakfast (15€ extra - check the rates incl. - actually no access control) on the terrace, quality and selection is good. Sauna 15€/person for 2 hours.... Remember that the area is remote, to visit Centrs or oldtown you NEED to use tram or Bolt. Though restaurants are in walking distance (google wil find) This place a has value with rates for double incl. breakfast for 50-60€ (single 45-50€) on alotment base - I'd be very much disappointed to pay 100€++ for such a old worn ”booth” - max 3* more 2*

潛力巨大,但他們的左手肯定不知道右邊在做什麼! 我的住宿感覺就像一個錯誤的喜劇,我是雙關語。首先,早餐傳奇:我在辦理入住時預付了早餐費用。然而,每天早上,餐廳工作人員都像早餐強盜一樣看着我,試圖偷吃免費的羊角麪包。“房間號?早餐包括嗎?”再次把我解釋爲我的預付費狀態,就像我講了一個迷人但不太可能的故事。我一半希望他們在第三天要求前台經理簽署一份宣誓書。 然後是Pool Surprise™,網站有泳池功能,但方便忘記提要額外費用。辦理入住時,我問“泳池在哪裏?”他們指着,但他們沒有指着說,“...,那將是20美元,請。” 所以,圖片:我在我的泳褲裏,毛巾掛在我的肩膀上,準備浸泡。我得到的不是“你好”,而是要求我的信用卡。我不得不在大廳裏走回羞愧的路,潮溼和失望,在前台付款。一個簡單的頭會讓我們所有人從那個尷尬的小遊行中拯救出來! 地方本身不錯,但說實話,好像不同部門只通過載體鴿子溝通。我非常肯定其中一個鴿子迷路了。 優點:房間很好(如果有點累),牀很舒服。 缺點:準備好一個神祕的費用冒險,並反覆證明你已經爲你已經支付的東西付出了代價。

從英國人的角度來看，這是一篇誠實的評論。位置很好，週末如果你在午夜之前睡覺的話會很吵。房間裡的床離地面很低，枕頭很糟糕，很凹凸不平。薄羽絨被，非常適合夏天。早餐很棒。如果你想使用水療中心，你必須預訂水療中心，額外收費 18 歐元我相信，我試了 3 次都說已經滿了？他們在晚上 7 點接待最後一位顧客，但水療中心營業至晚上 9 點。總的來說，我會把這家飯店與英國的旅行旅館比較，當然不是四星級的高標準。員工需要學習如何微笑，這對糟糕的服務有很大幫助。
