We reserved room online and it was paid for to get to the hotel and then she wants the ID so we didn't get the room

There was a crack pipe under the edge of the nightstand, and a thing of narcan under the bed, there was a bunch of mud under the bed as wel

Parking lot was poorly lit; room was dirty (sticky spots in carpet); difficult to get the shower started; bed sheet had crusty stains; we avoided free breakfast because weren’t sure of the quality based on the room conditions

Rooms possibly under renovation (demolition stage) whose door had been kicked in and easily opened with a screwdriver being rented to us when others were available like the one we were moved to directly across from a Macdonald construction site (somewhat more useful) followed by a “breakfast” with a choice of packaged bagels, cheep bread, Raisin Bran, small chocolate chip muffins, orange or apple juice and weak coffee with powdered creamer. Sounds appealing doesn’t it? And all this 50feet from a major highway with a train crossing complete with crossing whistle to lull you to sleep. The place should be closed down.

room needs a lot of help. needs painting, carpet old and unraveling, beds did not look at all like picture. terrible bedspread, blanket very old and rough, we are smokers and you had no smoking rooms, but our room smelled horrible, no info on tv channels. ask for more blankets and the 2 ladies in the office barely recognized me and just said no more blankets, no response other than that

I paid for a smoking king room and got a smoking double bed room.

It was a good stay other than I got something on the sheets that could of easily clean but instead I got charger for it

The room we were in was very old, outdated, and smelled terrible, like a mix of mold and cat pee. We checked in very late thus did not bother trying to change rooms. I had some significant sinus issues in the morning. I would not stay here again. The staff were very nice though.

The room had no lights and the roof in the bath was leaking with pieces of the roof on the floor. Not worth even if provided for free.
