巴塞隆拿聖庫加特FGC火車站附近的酒店

This is our third visit to this hotel. We chose this hotel due to its close location to Quironsalud hospital where we needed to attend an appointment. Upon arrival we asked if it was possible to upgrade to a room with a terrace. The reception team were extremely accommodating and upgraded us to a premium terrace room. This happened to be the exact same room that we stayed in last time we were here. This room had a stunning view across the city. The room was spotless upon arrival and had some added extras due to being a rewards member. The housekeeping team cleaned the room daily to a high standard and replenished everything we needed. We dined in the restaurant on a couple of occasions and the restaurant team were outstanding. The food was delicious and our glasses were never empty long. On our day of departure we enquired to whether we could have a late checkout and once again the staff excelled themselves and honoured this without charge. The hotel did have multiple groups of students staying and they caused a lot of noise but this was no reflection on the hotel team. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. All the staff were amazing and we had a fantastic time.

景色不錯,房間,一切都很乾淨。市中心很近,很容易到達。工作人員超級友好,非常照顧團隊的需求。食物很好,房間寬敞,自然光線充足,乾淨。整個團都開心離開,我們推薦。

我訂的單人房間比較小。房間內的設備比較簡陋 沒有 被子 ，蓋的是一個薄床單。。。。覺得這點還是需要改善一下，被單也太擔單薄了。 但是位置很好 可以方便出行。 如果你出差正好碰到週末可以跟隨人流來一個citywalk。一不小心就走完附近的景點來。 位置是不錯的。 酒店也提供免費的飲料在樓下的小bar哪裡。可以裝點水 喝個咖啡巧克力 休憩一下。這個考慮非常周。

at the check-out the manager kevin harrin (or something like this) asked for the money of two waters from the mini bar but i didn't drink anything from it. after i told him three times that i didn't drink anything, he gave me the money back. and when he saw that i am going to the garage, he asked me if i have a car and i answered with yes. he said i have to pay 31 euro for two nights for the garage. i told him that he should not charge me for the garage because he accused me of drinking two waters from the mini bar and he didn't even say sorry when he gave back the money. than he said sorry but i had to pay the garage anyway. i said i will not pay and then he called the police. of course, i immediatelly said i will pay the parking because i didn't want to miss my flight. he didn't accept the money for the garage anymore. 30 mins later the police came, asked me if i will pay, i said yes, i paid and left the hotel. even the police didn't understand why he called them and obviously they were not amused that he called for such a thing. the hotel was nice and clean. can't complain about anything else.

we arrived, the receptionist was not very friendly at all (it was late I understand) but then we arrived at the room and it had a single bed and very small. - I kindly asked to the reception and they gave us another room - the new room was horrible (sorry for the word but was really that), it has 2 beds but was in a very bad state. Dirty roof, walls in a bad state, not even a chair available to support luggage (I’ll add some pictures, and note this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel) - then the aircon didn’t work properly, the hairdryer was broken - on the toilet there was a small window that only get to a few pipes: during the night we weren’t able to sleep at all, as everytime any neighbor room opened the water, those pipes would make a huge noise (picture annex too) - in the morning to have a shower, there was bugs in the bath. And that of course led me to talk with the manager (I’ll add some pictures as well) - she was friendly , gave us another room (considered superior) - the room was better but then the shower was not isolated enough and the toiled became completely full of water everytime we showered (photograph as well)

西班牙巴塞羅那的佛羅裏達酒店是一家有年份的五星酒店。位於城市西北麪海拔五百多米的迪比達波山上，距山巔的聖心教堂和一座擁有摩天輪和過山車的遊樂園約公交車一站路的距離。該酒店規模不大，設施略顯陳舊但還算完善。這家酒店吸引客人的最大號召力就是入住其城景房尤其是城景套房可以俯瞰巴塞羅那的天際線和城市全貌。如果天氣好，還能觀賞到很棒的日出景觀。但該酒店有個明顯的缺點，就是交通不便，十五分鐘車程範圍內找不到任何商店。剛抵達酒店的客人想外出買瓶水和零食都成了難題。據介紹，該酒店距巴塞羅那市中心和海濱的直線距離約為七、**裏。但因為盤山，故由酒店打車進城需化費三十五歐左右。如非自駕游或初次前往巴塞羅那旅遊的客人，似不宜住到山上。有必要補充說明，酒店的服務人員還是禮貌熱情的。但規模和硬件所限，客人的有些要求較難在酒店內得到滿足。

最近,在我訪問充滿活力的巴塞羅那市期間,我有幸住在Mellow Barcelona旅館。作爲一個預算旅行者,我正在尋找一個負擔得起的住宿選擇,也提供了舒適和社交氛圍,而 Mellow Barcelona Hostel 當然超出了我的期望。 抵達後,友好和多語言的工作人員熱情地迎接我,他們使入住過程變得輕鬆。他們還非常有幫助,爲我提供了一張城市地圖,並給了我關於巴塞羅那最佳遊覽和探索地點的寶貴建議。

The hotel is away from the city centre but it is easily accessible by metro. Staff at check-in and breakfast are friendly. We had a triple room, it consists of a double bed and a sofa bed in a separate area. The first night, there were no bed sheets provided for the sofa bed. We went down to the front desk and sheets were delivered to our room promptly. The next day, housekeeping provided a proper blanket and towels for the sofa bed, which is good. I recommend that they should provide these on the first night for triple rooms though. Our room has a jetted tub, but it never worked in the 5 nights we stayed. Other than this, our stay was good. The room has modern decor and a balcony. Breakfast is great with a lot of options: different types of bread with tomato paste and olive oil to add, scrambled egg, sausages, fresh fruits, yogurt, veggies, coffee, tea and juice. Breakfast staff did an excellent job in keeping all the items refilled very quickly.

寬、寬、全部舒適的房間,結構非常漂亮,地板上有游泳池和酒吧,供快餐、早餐和午餐。酒店獨特的新位置:這個區域是住和安靜的,但是從帶到中心的地鐵(大學區停留)到酒店需要走15/20分鐘的登機,爲了縮短道路,穿過一個美麗的公共公園,但是晚上關門,一個舒適的替代方案是下車到前面的地鐵停車站,乘坐一個離酒店幾米就停的公共汽車。實質上,我不會建議那些有權移動和輕鬆到達城市中心和主要景點的人,但它指的是誰想在旅途中配合在建築裏的放鬆。

酒店位置比較不錯，旁邊就是商場～距離L1地鐵5分鐘，距離L5地鐵走着12分鐘，周邊有吃東西的地方，有小超市～當然需要自己在去地鐵的路上溜達着找。房間不大～挺乾淨的～性價比挺高的～距離聖家堂5站地鐵～
