Avoid this place. The name is fooling You! Nothing to do with luxury! We had trouble finding it. But at last we found a door with a phone number. Nobody answered but some people living there opened the main for us. Then we had to search in every floor and came to a looked door. But by banging the door some people renting there opened. There was no reception. No instructions. The people staying there told they had used the whole day before trying to come in contact with any personal that could quide them. It seems to be a total help yourself system. We tried to call several phone number that the other clients told us to call. But only answering machine in Spanish we did not understand. After 3 hours we had to give up, leave and find another hotel. Our institution that had ordered at this terrible place had unluckily paid in advance for these days. They are still struggling to get back the money for a room we were not given and a place we had to leave with deep frustration. In order to raise a minimum of reputation for this place, we are waiting to see if the owner is returning the money that was paid, not to get a room, but just to get frustrations. We will inform on this platform if this is done or not.
