“打掃房間”衹是過來整理好,但是其實沒換床單。枕頭套都臟了,正反面都是,但是沒換掉。震驚。

離火車站距離還可以,但是離景點的話坐公共交通還需要半個多小時。有點點遠。整體的話就是普通的商務型酒店。但是我不得不要説一下那個給我們辦理入住的前台,一個有點亞洲面孔的男服務員,我定的是2張單人床,因為我看酒店的圖片以及大家的評價圖片是2張單人床拼在一起。我們之前在歐洲也都是這麼睡的從沒有過問題。寶寶3歲。我辦理入住的時候這個男的就説有孩子衹能定大床房,於是就給我換到一間很逼仄的大床房時候1.5m的床寬。我不滿意和攜程説了,他們溝通過後這個男的還是不同意。説it is impossible,因為説單人床孩子會掉下來。後來我們忍了。但是午睡的時候真的睡的手都麻了,我們又去了前台找人。他們換班了,新的前台什麼也沒問,二話不説就給我們換了房間。孩子睡了兩天也沒掉下來過。我感覺那個男的就是個很mean的,服務態度極其差。中國客人區別對待。

房間五點多才來打掃,早到要加收錢。

Regarding your notes about the cleaning service, I really sorry if these may cause any inconvenience during your stay with us. However, cleaning service is working until 18h00. In case you want your room to be cleaned as soon as possible, you can contact reception to request it. Also I will let Housekeeping know about these notes, so we will work to fix this kind of situations and provide the best service to our guests. Check-in starts at 15h00, it is informed in all our websites, early check-in is subjected to availability and it may have an extra cost.
