We are sorry you had to wait for 35 minutes before checking in, during peak hours the check in process can take a while indeed. We are also sorry that there were no slippers or water available, please note that this is always available at our Front desk. As a hotel we cannot choose to reject people based on their nationality, as Hilton we are inclusive and everybody can stay with us. I am sorry that a guest made a inappropriate comment towards you, this is something which should not happened. Next time please inform one of my colleagues on this situation so we can act accordingly.
