I have never written a review before, but this time I feel like it's necessary. For a hotel that is so expensive and claims „3 stars“, this is nothing better than a hostel. As we arrived, we quickly realised, that you can hear everything, and by everything I mean everything, through the walls. It basically sounds like people are in your room. For a deluxe room, you get a small room with no storage space and a balcony with little seethrough bushes between the other balconies - so no privacy. The worst part was the night. As you can hear everything, I woke up multiple times. At 2 am, one of the guests then decided to come home with loud music which you could already hear from the entrance, just partying their way into their room, which was the room after the room next to us. You could also hear everything. This was the worst night ever I slept in a hotel. We contacted staff: They suggested security or ear plugs. Well, thanks for nothing. PS: i used earplugs - didnt work

Nice location but they were doing some work in the street so the street was blocked, which makes the access via taxi difficult. They only clean the rooms Once we week. They did not accept our late check out request. We checked out and had to go to the neighbour building to leave our suitcases in the locker. To our surprise the lift didn’t work because of the construction work on that street. We had to carry our suitcases up two flights of stairs. When we picked up our luggage the locker didn’t open, the cleaning lady had to open it with her key. Other guests had the same problem. Wouldn’t want to imagine what would have happened if the cleaning lady hadn’t been around to open the locker for us, especially when it’s check out day and you are on a schedule to leave for the airport.

Normally when we travel we jump around to different locations every few days. When we stopped here, the retro mid century modern feel of the place, along with the great location and staff, had us extending our stay. We had small issues (that are the norm for boutique places), but they were addressed so quickly that we didn't care. Being right in between all the touristy stuff (you can walk to La Sagrada Familia or La Rambla in about than 20 minutes) made it ideal. An eclectic place which we will consider again.

Pros: location, private terrace, comfortable bed, nice shower Cons: some slight trouble getting pin code to front door, as coffee was replenished quickly when asked for, they apparently will not provide extra creamers. Luckily I read in these reviews that they don’t provide soap for the sink, so I brought some from home.

I have visited quite some places but this was the first time I checked out immediately. The worst experience ever! When I arrived to the room, there was a horrible smell all over the place coming out from the bathroom. I reached out to the property but got no immediate help. The walls were so thin that I could hear everything, both from the inside (from entrance and shared space at least) and outside (ongoing construction on the building nextdoor). The terrace was all surrounded by tall buildings, so there was close to zero natural light. Window was single glass so I could feel cold coming from the outside. The place was not that clean either. All the furniture is outdated. There is cold dark floor that I was affraid to step on with bare foot. Bathroom equipment is getting rusty. After reaching out to the property they only promised to check the bathroom the next day. And after a while they offered earplugs located in a wardrobe in another building? They did not comment on any other issue or come up with any solution. They would left me to sleep in cold, noise and bad smell. I checked out right away to not risk any health issues and moved to a 4* hotel that was even cheaper and closer to the city center. I demanded refund for unused nights but they refused and only offered 10€ from the original 500€ paid. How generous. I take it if I would cancel in advance but not when you arrive and find so many issues in person. You better spend your money somewhere else. I will never book with numa again.

This was a great place to stay! It's on a quiet, pedestrian street so there was little noise. It was centrally located, and we walked everywhere. The management was great, all codes, etc. were delivered in a timely manner and the instructions were easy to understand. The room had everything we needed and our stay was seamless. I'd definitely stay here/recommend to others.

Not really a hotel, rather a flat with a couple of rooms let to guests. No reception, all communication done electronically, but worked well, so was fine in the end. However, some more personal touch would make one feel a bit more cozy. Breakfast, late checkout etc. can all been ordered via their website, so you can spend an entire week at the place without seeing any staff. Room itself was comfortable, in good shape offering all I need. Building itself looked a bit dated (walls, stairways, doors, elevator, etc.), could need a renovation... Also the Nespresso machine gave me a headache, same as the toilet that didn't stop to run, but could fix those issue myself. What would I have to do if not? No idea, as nobody is around. The place is a bit cheaper than a full-fledged hotel, but still not sure whether the money saved equilibrates for the comfort given it compared to a hotel

Perfectly located great area with Girona metro station is a 1 minute walk to all around the city
