Se trata de una habitación con baño dentro de un departamento grande en Barcelona que ha sido convertido en alojamiento. El lugar es muy lindo, muy limpio. Las camas muy cómodas. Tiene aire acondicionado y te dejan de cortesía para hacerte té o café y refrescos. La ubicación es excelente. Lo recomiendo. Lo único que mejoraría es el proceso de check in ya que nadie te abre al llegar y si llegas antes de la hora de check in nadie te ayuda para dejar las valijas. Por suerte encontramos a otros huéspedes que nos abrieron la puerta de calle y la puerta del departamento y nos explicaron que había lockers, lo cual nos permitió dejar las valijas y aprovechar el día antes del check in. Tal vez estaría bueno que te manden instrucciones anticipadas y algún código provisorio para los casos que llegas antes del check in.

Without a doubt, this is absolutely the worst hotel you can think of. It is a nightmare hotel. Every door has a keypad for a password. Well, the keypad does not work. Imagine you go out for dinner and come home late, and you cannot get into your floor or your hotel room. Now the fun starts. The people who are supposed to manage this place have all gone home. This place is managed remotely. The 24-hour hotline does not work. You know what else? You spend $1200 to stay here for 3 nights???? Incredible. The is absolutely worst place I have ever been. And I've traveled the world. STAY AWAY!!!!

Muy cómodo y buen ubicado, mejor ubicación en Barcelona imposible … barrio burgués, cercano a todo y muy tranquilo por las noches para dormir bien … lugar bien atendido en todo momento y muy amables, la chica que menos recibió nos ayudó a resolver amablemente nuestro checking… si volvemos seguro !! 很棒的酒店。一切都是數位化的,沒有接待處或其他任何東西,但對於那些旅行和參觀到很晚的人來說非常方便。很乾淨,每天都會打掃,房間很香,雖然不大,但是設施一應俱全。它靠近公共交通。建議!

We recently stayed at LaMer, and our experience was far from what was advertised by ForgetMeNot. It's important for consumers to be aware of these issues before making a reservation. Firstly, it's worth noting that ForgetMeNot and LaMer are sister hotels, a fact not transparently disclosed to consumers. This lack of transparency can be seen as deceptive and raises questions about the integrity of their marketing. Moreover, LaMer, touted as a hotel, falls short of basic expectations. The bathroom facilities are essential and basic, resembling more of a hostel than a hotel. The lack of amenities and services makes it feel more like an Airbnb experience, and certainly not deserving of the rank it holds in Barcelona. I believe it's crucial for consumers to be informed accurately about the nature of their stay. I encourage fellow travelers to carefully consider their options before booking at ForgetMeNot and LaMer. In my opinion, their current ranking is misleading, and potential guests should be aware that the experience might not align with typical hotel standards in Barcelona. If you are a budget-conscious student, you can stay here and save some money. By sharing our experiences and concerns, we can contribute to a more transparent and accountable travel industry. Booked Superior family room, as I travelled with my children for the Christmas holidays. Good check in with key codes, though there was no receptionist. However, through the masks we could feel the unpleasant cigarette smoke in our room. Upon my arrival on the 24th of Dec I received inappropriate room. We also found the room was a bit dirty and found cigarette trash in the bathroom. The room didn't look like the one we booked (as you can see from the pictures, Btw, There was no nightstand to charge my phone..). I contacted the manager and she assured me the situation will be fixed in the morning! We had a festive dinner with relatives living next door, that’s why I agreed to wait for the morning. In the morning, a lady appeared and proposed transfer to other two rooms. They sounded apologetic, said it was a mistake, considering the condition of the room, so I thought - problem will be solved. I am traveling with children, That’s why I asked for a triple, but they offered two next doors. OK! I agreed-the rooms were nicer than the first one, though there were some smudges on the armchair and curtains, some mold in the bathroom.. Ok, I was there to spend time with relatives and enjoy beautiful Barcelona and not stay at the hotel, after all!! While I was on a trip outside Barcelona I received the message that on my last overnight I have to make another room change! I was pretty upset as the message was sent on WhatsApp and I got it arnd 18.00. I explained to the manager that it is absurd to pack once again for just one overnight and she kept telling me I have to accept the new-old room cleaner this time. My room was NOT supposed to be next to my children, but see I had options ....And she insisted that I have no other alternative but to move as other guests have booked the exact room I have been transferred to. There was this useless conversation is it appropriate to transfer a customer staying JUST 5 nts twice!! And as the manager assured me that YES, I SHALL be transferred for my last night even if I am not willing to, I simply booked extra night at a neighbour hotel - sharing the room with my kids. There is still no feedback from Booking,com, as I wrote to the customer service office. I contacted their hotline while being in Barcelona, but no assistance from their side. They asked me to speak to the LemarB. manager and her only solution was - YOU HAVE To leave the room and get the old one - which was supposed to be cleaned better. So, unfortunately BAD experience with LemarB, it is not Boutique :), but I liked my other hotel for the last overnight, though additionally charged. I will pick it next time, it is a hotel, not this kind of hostel facility. I don't mind hostels, just bad customer treatment like this one! Book your stays smart! :)

This small collection of rooms is in an excellent location, within walkable distance to many favorite Barcelona sites. There are excellent restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores close by. The rooms are tiny, but clean, comfortable, and quiet. The daily maid service was irregular: once no clean towels were left, another time no coffee pods, and no sugar another. The lift is old fashioned and tiny. We preferred to carry our suitcases up and down the one flight of stairs.

In the heart of Barcelona we were a bit confused in the beginning. The rooms are on one floor which as it seemed to be were offices in the younger days. Rooms quite espacious and clean. Perfect for a stopover before going on a bigger trip. Lots of restaurants in its surroundings and sagrada familia just a 30 minute walk away

I originally booked via Agoda.com for a different hotel and apparently there was a “glitch” on the end of Agoda. My reservation was lost and I was rebooked to stay at a different hotel at, LeMar by Aspasios. This alternate hotel, LeMar by Aspasios is absolutely terrible. It looks like a hostel. In fact I am fairly certain there are many hostels out there much better than LeMar by Aspasios. It’s a dirty place and it smells like mold and mildew. I’m not sure how/why this hotel could possibly get a high rating on Agoda.com. This hotel is gross. There are 8 rooms in this “hotel” which are all located on the same floor. The check in is right outside the door of our room. It is noisy and loud since the window faces a main intersection. When the neighboring room flushes their toilet, u can hear it. Ha ha ha. Nauseating. You can hear people walking around outside of the room which is pretty much one big central lobby for the 8 rooms which share the floor. A bit scary and a bit creepy. Overall this hotel is no where resembling what was advertised. I will pay for the one night and I plan on checking out in the morning. Again, I have no clue how LeMar by Aspasios could be getting such high ratings. This place is not even at a level of a 2 star establishment. I expect my credit for the unused rooms at Aspasio to be refunded to me. Will update the review later to indicate if I have been provided the refund of the unused nights or not. I have been a loyal customer of Agoda for quite some time. I expect Agoda to do the right thing. Do yourself a favor, if you’re reading this and you think I’m joking, go head and book yourself to stay at LeMar by Aspasios and then you can write your own review.

We had a 4 night perfect stay. Location was good. Nearby good restaurants and metrostations. Service hotel was very good. Communication via mail and face to face was ok. Room was space enough and clean. Entrance with codes works perfect for us.

Ne vous attendez pas à un hôtel "classique" : il s'agit d'un étage dans un bâtiment, et qui comporte 9 chambres. Après 14H, il n'y a d'ailleurs plus de réceptionniste et tout se fait avec des codes d'accès. De ce fait, la salle de déjeuner se trouve d'ailleurs... dans un couloir, c'est assez particulier. Les chambres sont correctes et propres. La salle de bain a déjà vécu, en témoigne la douche pas très bien agencée (un chassis de fenêtre occultée en bois sur l'un des murs) et aux joints usés. La réceptionniste est sympa, et le petit déjeuner de bonne qualité, mais un peu basique. Le point fort est plutôt l'emplacement : assez central, pas loin du métro et dans un quartier animé fort agréable. En résumé, un rapport qualité/prix intéressant si vous ne cherchez pas les services traditionnels d'un hôtel.

Fuimos en familia con dos peques y nos trataron muy bien, la atencion fue muy buena, nos pusieron mini cuna. Lo peor el ascensor pero es normal que un edificio conserve un ascensor asi ya que es belleza del edificio. El desayuno muy bien y muy limpio.

Muy recomendable para alojarse en Barcelona, me gustó mucho la ubicación y la atención, fueron muy amables, calidad - precio muy buena , habitaciones en muy buen estado y además admite mascotas, la calle es céntrica pero no se oye ruido de la calle.
