Acceso cortado al tráfico los festivos sin aviso por parte del "negocio". nunca mejor dicho. Precio excesivo para la calidad del alojamiento. A evitar salvo que esté a precio de pensión. Que es lo que es. Limpio pero sin pasarse. El suelo de terrazo casposo

Hostel położony w super lokalizacji. Pokoje czyste z klimatyzacją, ale największy plus to obsługa która jest tak mega pomocna. Recepcja jest otwarta 24/h. Po wyjściu z pokoju i każdym opuszczaniu hostelu kluczyk oddaje się osobie pełniącej dyżur na recepcji aby nie zabierać go na miasto. Po przyjściu się go odbiera. W dzień wymeldowania jest możliwość zostawienia sobie bagażu przy recepcji aby móc iść sobie jeszcze pozwiedzać. Śniadania smaczne, pokoje bardzo czyste codziennie sprzątane. Generalnie wszystko na plus! :) Polecam! :)

Fuimos en familia de vacaciones y al llegar bos llevamos una grata sorpresa, wiffi, Limpieza y desayuno a destacar además de cerca del metro bus, gratamente satisfechos volveríamos a repetir en nuestra vuelta a Barna, también alrededor súper mercados y tiendas.

Mi dispiace per il personale alla reception e per la pulizia delle stanze ma la privacy è praticamente assente, in quanto i muri sono molto sottili e si sente tutto. In particolare, ho trascorso (e per fortuna) tre giorni qui e mi sono svegliata ciascuna della tre notti per il rumore. Ho passato l'ultima notte in bianco perché nella camera accanto alla mia il rumore era "spinto" e nitido. Credo che non soggiornerò più in questa struttura. Ho richiesto anche un rimborso parziale per l'ultima notte dato che il prezzo per tre giorni era anche medio - alto e non mi è stato concesso.

This isn’t a hostel or a guest house or a hotel - it’s something in between. Great location, 5 minutes’ walk from Sants station in a residential neighbourhood. There is a direct Metro line up to the Sagrada Familia. Plenty of restaurants and food places around. Very welcoming lady on reception. I had a single room which was no-frills and tiny but functional. One pillow, a small/short single bed with a sheet and bedspread and a small desk. If you bring a suitcase, it would take up most of the floor space. There was no fridge, safe or kettle. Room had a window and looked out onto other buildings in a quad so you can’t have the bathroom window open when you shower. The shower was really powerful. As other reviewers have said, the walls are thin and sound travels - next door, upstairs and below! You can hear the families in the neighbouring flats. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The breakfast area is a bit like a café with big glass windows overlooking the street. It would have been nice to have had some fresh local bread. But I’ve never seen so much plastic! Everything was in packets, including the teabags, My single room was £108 per night in May, but Barcelona is expensive for accommodation. My room was not cleaned/made up for the two nights I was there which was a bit strange but I guess this is the price of ‘going budget’. All in all, I would recommend – clean, functional and good location.

Hotel is in a good location for nearby metros and Barcelona-Sants train station. The staff were lovely, Roberto in particular. The shower is powerful and the AC works well. Buffet breakfast being included is a bonus and offers a good selection. However, the room was not cleaned properly as used cotton buds were found on the floor. There was constant footfall outside all night, making it a restless night and the pillows weren't comfortable. Decent for a night or two but nothing more.

As we arrived we noticed the bathroom door frame was swollen and the door would stay half open. We notified it and they said they would send someone to repair it within an hour. We came back at night to an unfixed door, and the night receptionist was unaware of the situation. We asked him to provide a solution: he recommended to block the door with a suitcase to prevent it from opening. Lol. He wouldn't call the manager or give us another room. Next day they just said that the repairman would come two days later. They didn't offer any type of discount. They didn't communicate well, they ignored our needs and the problem and they were completely unprofessional.
