科爾特斯酒店(Hotel Cortes Rambla)

It’s a good hotel within easy walking distance of the subway and Ramblas. People were nice and helpful. Rooms were clean if a bit tight.

Siamo stati in questa struttura nella date: 20/03 - 24/03. Fin da subito i ragazzi della struttura sono stati molto disponibili nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda booking mail. Struttura molto bella, in una posizione FAVOLOSA! vicino a tutto: rambla, metro, bus, negozi,bar… personale molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni esigenza fin da subito. C’era pure un signore davvero molto gentile alla reception con il quale siamo riusciti anche a parlare in italiano, riuscendo a metterci a nostro agio ancora di più. Aspettative più che superate! Bene la pulizia! Esperienza che ci rimarrà per sempre nel nostro cuore. Ci rivedremo di sicuro! (spero presto!) Sarah e Francesco stanza 405

Room was very small and poorly set out. No kettle. No safe. No storage for clothes. Needed coat hooks and a mirror in room. No fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent and room was quiet with a comfortable bed. Plenty of places to get a breakfast nearby. The outside terrace was a waste. Nothing like the photos by management on here and in poor condition.

We checked out 2 hrs after we'd check in. Where to start! No hot water, an annoying ringing constantly. Sofa damaged. Terrace balcony looked nothing like the pictures was awful. Electrics hanging out everywhere. We check going down to the receptionist who was uninterested, too busy on personal facetimes Only when we came down with luggage and asked to check out did she say do you want an upgrade 😂 no thanks we'd already booked a superior double.

Eau chaude pratiquement inexistante Filet d'eau ne permettant pas de se laver correctement. Pratiquement impossible de faire un shampooing. Climatisation non fonctionnelle. Hôtel très sonore. Caution de 100 euros encaissée et non restituée 1 mois après ! Au secours !

The property was under construction I didn’t know about that, they didn’t have the courtesy to sent a warning or an email with those details my daughter have asma and well I did have to deal with that, also the a/c was not available for me to control, the heater was extremely hot I did have to turn it off and open the window!!! The location is amazingly beautiful walking distance to a lot of nice places and shops!!!
