Outside the property, it smells like sewer. The property is very basic. Not a four star at all. Service was nice and property is clean. We stayed in a “flat”. The bathroom light wakes everyone up in the apartment and there are death-defying steps leading into and out of the bathroom making going to the bathroom at night challenging

Rude manager, dimly lit room and not functional.
Rude check in experience from the manager to get our trip off on a bad start. Our booking was incorrect with only 2 persons booked in a 5 person room. (Our 3 kids were not on the original reservation.)
In front of other guests, the manager was very rude and aggressive toward us. We were charged for the additional people which I am fine with. However, it was not explained or done in a professional manner.
All other hotel staff were more than friendly.
Picture of the reservation did not match the room type or configuration. Not a big deal, but the room was not in the layout expected.
Furniture in the room is too big for the space. Drawers do not open all the way and it is cramped with limited functionality. Room is poorly lit and difficult to see. There are stairs in the middle of the hallway which are tall and quite dangerous as they are central and not clearly marked.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with our 2-year-old daughter and were generally satisfied with our experience. The rooms were well designed for families with children, and the hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. They supported us in every way both before and during our stay.
Breakfast met our expectations, and the location was very convenient for getting around the city.
Since the hotel is located in a busy area, the surroundings can be a bit noisy, but perhaps this could be improved with better sound insulation on the windows.
Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable holiday
