住在費拉斯泰酒店(Sleep Fira by Stay)

!Stay away! should be the right name for this apartment! It was fully booked they said. Location is great, apartment it self is good too. But the noice from the street, neighbour parties, alarm of the lift in the middle of the night everytime it goes up is just horrible. The beds are 70cm wide, 185cm long, horrible quality beds. We left after 1 night from the 6. Also no toiletpaper, soap in the apartment, had to go to a store in the night. Customer service from the hotel and Booking are dreadful did not come with a proper solution. Wanted to pay for 1 night and cancel the rest of the nights so we could move to another place, they offered in 2 days different apartment or lose all your money. If they would change the beds and noice isolation it would be a good place to stay. Pictures in Booking is not what you will get, just 1 of there nicest apartment they have but never available. They are there to take you money and deposit. Stay away!
