赫拉青年旅館(Hostal Hera)

Ce qui faut savoir, c'est qu'il y a des chambres au 4ème étage voir plus sans ascenseurs. La chambre était petite mais ca passe on y est que pour dormir. Autrement super quartier qui bouge bien, a deux pas de la gare (éstación de Francia).

Um hostel simples mas acolhedor. Muito bem localizado no centro de Barcelona e com staff simpático. Tem boa internet, camas confortáveis e TV par distrair um pouco. Deste hostel tem acesso a vários restaurantes, transportes e zonas turísticas mais procuradas.

Sehr gute Lage. Tolle Dusche. Matratze leider nicht sehr bequem. Kein Schrank, kein Regal, keine Haken: man konnte also nichts auspacken. Durch die kleine Größe des Ziers musste man recht beengt aus dem Koffer leben. WLAN ausgezeichnet. Fenster zum Innenhof, sehr leise. Zimmer zueinander: sehr schlecht isoliert.

Einzigartige Location im historischen Haus im historischen Viertel in der Nähe vom Strand und Meerpromenade. Alles ist sehr sauber und neu Aber zu schlichte Einrichtung - kein normalen Schrank und Tisch gibt's im Zimmer, was ein Problem mit ordentlicher Aufbewahrung macht. Und das Hauptproblem ist berümter Bar Paradiso unten , der verursacht Lärm die ganze Nacht ( und das große Fenster des Zimmers ist leider nicht dicht).

It was a very good experince to stay.Staff was welcoming and helpful in giving information about the area.very good location to stay and explore the area. Near to everything from food to travel around.

We booked the studio for a family trip - my children are all adults now but despite the sleeping arrangements (bunk beds and double bed in one room) it was perfectly a capable for our short stay. Pros The staff were friendly helpful. The l room was clean and maid service offered every day. I only saw one other room but since the reviews pre covid on here I think the rooms have been freshened up. We had two little balconettes overlooking the street below. Most importantly the location is A* - walking distance of beach, harbour, la Rambas and shopping centres, and easy access to transport links such as train underground and hop on off bus tours. Also we were in the gothic quarter with many lovely courtyards dotted around with bars restaurants - the tapas bars are recommended. Cons - there is no lift and we were on 6th floor so that could be challenging after a long day. The studio had kitchen facilities, I don't think individual rooms do but for a British tea drinker it lacked a kettle and mugs - I boiled water in a pan and had to buy a mug to make tea not a deal breaker but something to be aware of. All in all loved my first visit to Barcelona and Hostal Hera was a perfect place to stay - photos taken when we were leaving so apologies for the unmade bed

We brought bedbugs with us home from this hostel! When we told Hostal Hera about our experience, they denied everything and accused us for having a bad personal hygiene and that we were just trying to find a culprit. Bedbugs has nothing to do with personal hygiene, as they live in the mattress and the walls - and they easily survive cleaning and newly washed sheets. We haven't travelled anywhere else recently, so we are sure that we got the bedbugs from Hostal Hera. Furthermore the walls in the hall are full of mould.

I was there my second time and for a citytrip its perfect - near to metro, bus and beach and the rooms were absolutely clean and comfortable.
