瑪利亞大學校園公寓(Residencia Universitaria Campus del Mar)

En ningún momento de la reserva te dicen que las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, imposible dormir en un cuarto tan caliente y sin un ventilador que sople mas fuerte. Inicialmente nos entregaron una habitación que no estaba aseada, nos toco esperar a que nos asignaran otra; nos desactivaron la tarjeta de acceso al segundo día y no podíamos usar la habitación. En general es un sitio costoso para lo que ofrece , lo único bueno es la ubicación cerca de la playa

Walking into the hotel room on first glance we knew we had been scammed by the false photos. You couldn’t have gotten anymore catfished, the only good thing was it’s near the clubs. Absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been. No air conditioning, dirty floors and bathroom. Stained curtains. Noisy atmosphere. Rude people, breakfast was little option. Pictures look nothing like it. Honest scam. I’ve been to Barcelona before and loved it so I decided to come but I’d of rather stayed home. The area stinks too walking near the area I saw human faeces smeared all over the street. To think people book this place for the price it is, is worrying. I couldn’t help but feel bad for anyone who was to stay there. I hope anyone reading this cancels their booking. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed and I’ve stayed in some hell of places. The photos will show it to you anyway. Good luck.

Todo genial, pero comentar que la vajilla de la cocina y el micro estaba sucio, tuve que limpiarlo por mi mismo. A parte pedí una cama doble y pusieron 2 individuales juntas, siendo bastante incomodo.

Bom quarto com cozinha pouco equipada mas suficiente para cozinhar, otima localização. Estacionamento custa 20 euros o dia, é o ponto baixo.

My husband is disabled following a stroke and uses a wheelchair, and we were looking for accessible accommodation in the Barceloneta area with a kitchenette. We stayed in an accessible third-floor "executive" suite and it was exactly what we wanted. Other reviews mention noise but it was extremely peaceful when we were there (a Monday-to-Wednesday in March). We were at the back with a nice view over a play area. The location was great, right opposite the little Barceloneta park, close to the beach and convenient for many restaurants and supermarkets. It's about 30 minutes' pleasant, gentle walk to La Rambla. I would stay there again and recommend it to other disabled visitors who enjoy the quiet of Barceloneta. Breakfast was a bit basic but I don't eat breakfast anyway and we made our own coffee. My husband was happy with the choice of mini-muffins, cornflakes etc. If you want more there are many bakeries and other shops within five minutes' walk.

We've spent one week in Campus del Mar in the end of July - the perfect time in any sense. The room and the hotel in general has exceeded all expectations: it's more like a standalone apartment for the price of a hotel. Now we are planning our next trips in Spanish cities where Campus del Mar has its branches.

Located near most of the night clubs of Barceloneta!! The location is perfect because you don’t have to pay for an uber and you it’s safe coming back from clubs! The only problem is that not all the rooms have air conditioning… but if you leave everything open the temperature can be better!

El lugar muy cómodo y el trato del personal fue muy amable en todo momento. La habitación estudio muy amplia. Hay espacio y utensilios para cocinar, ver tele, y además comprando fichas hay lavandería. Estuvimos poquitos días por viaje y lo recomendamos

Ottimo posto per alloggiare che sia con amici ma anche per una vacanza di coppia. Poco costoso e con angolo cottura, lavabo e frigo spazioso. La pulizia passa tutte le mattine e passa lo straccio sempre ma non sposta mai le cose di proprietà dell'ospite. Alla reception super disponibili sempre. La residenza si trova a 6 minuti dalla spiaggia. Unico punto debole la colazione: sono convenzionati con un bar italiano che fa cappuccini discutibili e serve cornetti bruciati o crudi. Per il resto nessuna lamentela :)
