芒果樹小屋

Un diamante immerso nella giungla. Questa famiglia: Rajen (capo famiglia) e i suoi figli (Avi e Vin), la moglie cuoca, sono una vera e propria gioia per il cuore e per la gentilezza con la quale affrontano la vita della giungla. PROFESSIONALITÀ, GENTILEZZA, DISPONIBILITÁ, PASSIONE, sono queste alcune delle parole che rappresentano questo posto immerso in un contesto pieno di vita. Siamo stati più che ospiti e probabilmente anche grazie all’assenza di altri ospiti presenti, ci siamo sentiti parte di un gruppo. Non possiamo dirvi se è il miglior posto in assoluto ma possiamo dirvi con certezza che se cercate un luogo dove la passione per la natura è al primo posto, QUESTO È IL POSTO GIUSTO PER VOI! Ps: Andiamo via con una lacrima, siete stati speciali. Grazie alla magnifica cuoca che ci ha deliziati con ogni pietanza possibile, grazie Rajen per la professionalità e le accurate risposte alle nostre innumerevoli domande, grazie Avi per i sorriso che ci hai regalato e per la tua incredibile gentilezza, grazie Vin per la collaborazione su Instagram e per essere stato parte della nostra esperienza. Très bon séjour au sein du mango tree lodge ! Rajen et ses fils vous feront un accueil chaleureux et s’adapteront à vos envies. Les chambres sont simples mais spacieuses et efficaces (un petit peu de rénovations seraient les bienvenues). Les activités proposées sont sympa et vraiment des journées entières, tarif un peu élevé tout de même. Enfin, prenez le temps de discuter avec les propriétaires, ils sont supers et vous pourrez découvrir la vraie vie Népalaise et l’histoire du pays. Hate que les fils reprennent car ils ont de supers idées de développement et améliorations. Merci pour ce séjour !

I intended to stay for a few days in the Mango Tree Lodge but ended up staying two full weeks. Very nice people, always helpful and flexible. I did every day either a walking safari or jeep safari with them. Their guide is excellent, he is almost always the first to see a rhino, elephant or tiger coming out in the open. He also knows a lot about the birds in the park and recognizes many by the sound. Bardia is a beautiful park, and not very crowded.

If you're looking for a small, excellent family run jungle lodge, I strongly recommend Mango Tree Lodge. Rajen and his family have many years of experience as jungle guides and hotel owners, and all cooking is by the owner's wife - fantastic! Please come, stay, and support their business! We loved the jungle hikes, jeep safaris, and jungle camping. We saw rhinos, muggers, monitors, innumerable birds, monkeys, deer, and fleeting glimpses of a tiger and a leopard.

Best place best service and most of all their dedication towards the guest is tremendous …it’s been one of the finest experiences being there..i will again surely choose mango tree lodge on my futher upcoming trip to Bardiya and recommend everyone all well ..

The owner Rajen was so sweet and looked after everything I needed. He was extremely flexible and understanding of traveller concerns and queries, and he helped me organize a program as a solo traveller that fit my goals, time, and budget. Rajen and veejay and Mahindra the forest guide absolutely pampered me everyday. They were super professional and skilled. Mahindra spotted animals I never woulda seen without his guidance and knowledge. I’m so glad I made the trip to Bardiya it was absolutely worth it!
