This is a place like suffocating and chocking yourself when u r listening some awkward British muzik irrelevant to yr mood even though u r the only customer since noon worst experience after paying

I had to travel to Bareilly on short notice and I booked two rooms in this hotel on my way there as it happened to be quite near to the place where I had business. On our arrival we found the Reception to be under renovation. The Club room was small but clean, the bath was also clean. The room service was prompt. The restaurant menu had exorbitant prices, so ordered dinner through Swiggy. The complimentary breakfast was good though it was a limited menu through room service, no buffet. A pleasant surprise was Morning newspaper at our door. I had to travel again after a week and booked two rooms in this hotel. This time I was thoroughly disappointed and regretted my decision. Due to the ongoing renovation work, the electricity was switched off every now and then, sometimes every 10 minutes and consequently Air Conditioning became ineffective. Elevator did not work when we needed to use. My 80 years old mother-in-law and myself 60 years old heart patient had to use stairs to reach our rooms at 2nd floor; and this happened multiple times. Room service was very tardy this time and we had to ask four times for simple needs such as water, which we finally got after one hour that too after I got down to the ground floor to complain at the reception. I would advise the hotel to shut down operations till the renovation work is completed so that guests do not face inconvenience. Another suggestion; towel quality can be improved.

Room was stinking and very bad smell. whole night so much disturbance. cockroach and lizards where freely moving in the room.

Decent Hotel, On road property main road way to taj Mahal. Dental kit and comb all supply provided by hotel . One Stat reduced due to the price over

Their have two different floors for executive rooms. Their 1st floor was horrible. Very old and poor interior with broken floors and their bathroom was full with smell. Their exhaust was damaged. Tv remote was not working. Completely rubbish.

The stay was not so comfortable which i expected. For everything we need to call the reception and room service. A cockroach was also in the room, which indicates the level of cleanliness. The breakfast was also not upto the mark.

I stayed for 2 days and the first thing that i noticed was that the bathroom cum toilet was stinking badly. The exhaust was obviously not working. The stink was all pervasive and also in the room. The housekeeping- maintenance person just came and sprayed room freshner in the toilet. This was done every time i complained about the stinking bathroom. The food was ok in quality but very overpriced- tandoori roti was charged rs 79 - each. The vegetables dishes were also overpriced like a 5 star hotel with a big stink.

Comfortable room and supportive staff. Nice place to visit, great food and health too. Neat environment.

Overall good stay. Nice location and parking space is also available. Breakfast is good. Nice food quality but too much expensive.

Room is stinky, fungus on door and furniture, cockroaches are also in the room. Only location is good

We had an excellent stay. The property was clean, and the staff was courteous and attentive.
