L’hôtel est un peu excentré mais à côté d un grand centre commercial Le parking est très pratique L’hôtel est assez bruyant: que ce soit le bruit de la rue, des bruits dans le bâtiment Le coin piscine est mal exploité avec seulement 2 transats Le petit déjeuner est ok Le personnel a dans l’ensemble été sympathique

Most the staff was pretty friendly. I believe we had bedbugs. My husband and I were bitten all over our bodies. We did tell staff and not much was done about it. The housekeeper was super friendly! She did come in and spray, but the sheets and comforter were not changed so we continue getting bitten. Also, there’s a club a block away and you could hear the music late at night. We were there for seven nights eight days in breakfast got old really quickly. They need to change it up. It was the same stuff over and over and over. By day six, we could not eat the hotel breakfast any longer.

Considero que aunque es un hotel muy lindo, el personal de recepción no tiene ni la menor idea de servicio al cliente, la forma de comunicarse entre ellos no fue la mejor y delante de los huéspedes, además nos hablaban de forma despectiva, así que si fuera por ellos no volvería, mientras que el maletero, la señora de servicios generales fueron los mejores.
