Really new hotel! Super friendly staff and very clean room. A++ guys, well done 😄

I was unimpressed. No regular coffee in room, nor extra at front desk and jacuzzi did not work. That was the point of the stay, to relax muscles after a long day. It's clean, but without amenities, just a regular hotel.

Our credit card was stolen & used for the stay. U shoukd have checked the 3 digit code on back of card & asked security questions to confirm name. When person checked in did u ask for card? Now we have thousands of dollars out of our checking. Did u ask for drivers license? My name would have come up on screen. Would b nice if u could tighten security

Drove 12 hours today. The hotel is right off I-40, parking lot has plenty of parking. No problem fitting large trucks w/ trailers. Hotel is clean and newish. Breakfast, Expresso coffee machine. Pet friendly. Pretty chill spot!

Very unfriendly staff! Disappointed that at first they indicated I did not have a room but I was charged for the room before my arrival!!! My name was entered incorrectly and when I requested they fix it, I was told to contact their Corporate office and fix myself - that is not good customer service! It just leaves a negative impression of the hotel.

PET FEE! $32 total ($25 +7 bogus charge).There was no mention of pet fee on **********. Such a scam. Book the hotel room and add a pet fee. This should be clear in the listing. I noted this to the front desk person and she was NOT HELPFUL. After I told her that this should be clear in the listing, she was rude, did not give me any eye contact and did not even say thank you or bye when I left. Will never go to this place..

I had 2 major spinal surgeries in a 2 week period! Was in the hospital for 43 days plus another 8 to have the staples removed! I wasn’t able to shower that entire time! We knew that once we got the ok to travel and staples out we’d be traveling and selected this hotel in competition with 3 others just because of the roll in shower with seat! Pain extra to get this room. Asked at checking about this room and verifying it again and telling the woman at the desk that this was really important to us!! So guess what it did not work!! I was offered another room to shower in…. Is that really even possible for a handicap person! Want everyone to know we expected a working rollin shower for medical needs and did not get that. Wish management would’ve talked to me. I think they believe this was just a cold shower concern, but guess what stay away from there if you have ADA conditions…

This property needs some serious management. Internet doesn’t work, there was a spring hinge on the bathroom door that would slam shut, no water pressure and the towels felt like they were buy one get one free from the dollar store. Not an enjoyable stay.

Very busy hotel with lots of trucks coming and going. Right off the freeway. Very clean room.

Our room was no carpeted and mostly scattered with a piece of furniture here and there. It must have been a party room.

The breakfast was very good and very efficient for the area provided. The attendant was very helpful and nice and friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Room was efficient and comfortable. The excercise room was very well equipped! Best Western is one of my favorite places to stay.

Great hotel and the check in was perfect. The employee was friendly, efficient and patient with two hot old people.

Nice clean room with a great bed . Easy to find, check in all fine. But the in room coffe set up was out of order, bathroom fan screeched and the light was blinding with no control. Breakfast was tupicss as l but coffee is lousy instant from a machine
