Lovely stay at the Watersedge, great welcome from Sylvie and instantly felt like home from home. Our accommodation was clean and very comfortable, will definitely return in the future. Fabulous location for the beach and great couple of pubs that serve nice food.

Lovely big light and airy room. Great breakfast and really friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again, and the fact that you can take dogs is a bonus. Good place to base yourself for walks along the coast and The cliff House is a stones throw away and does lovely food.

I don't know how you can write a negative review about the Waterside Guest house. A really first Class B&B. Sylvie welcomed us with open arms. Lovely room (The Garden Room) on the ground floor. In the summer must be lovely to sit outside in the court yard. Will we return, of course. Thank you Sylvie for a lovely weekend.

Lovely guest house overlooking the sea. We stayed 2 nights over August bank holiday weekend. We had a nice room with sea view. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice. All staff are really nice, and Sylvie the host is very welcoming and always happy to chat and recommend places to go. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep. We had a small dog with us, and we felt he was very welcome. I booked through ******* and had not finished my review thought id do it later, but they uploaded it as 2 stars and Terrible. Please if you have read this as no review was uploaded it is totally wrong. This Guest house is one of the best we have stayed and will do again it is worth the 5 Stars. And if you get chance give it a visit.

It was our first visit to watersedge guest house and we couldn’t have asked for more. Sylvie was very welcoming and friendly, she made sure we had everything we needed for a lovely relaxing stay. Her breakfast is probably the best we’ve ever had, lots of options to choose from. Thank you for a great stay.

Sylvia and Alan are such great hosts, always a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable room with en-suite (we stayed in The Solent Room) fantastic view of the sea, Isle of Wight and Needles. Lovely comfortable lounge area with a bar, enjoyed relaxing and chatting to other visitors. Breakfast faultless, yummy!
