The location is Amazing. It is only a short walk to the shops and sandy beaches. My husband and I went to Australia to visit our Son and his family who live there. They live only a shot drive away from where we were staying. We stayed in Barwon Cottage. The accommodation was spotless. The cleaner was very thorough and there was everything we needed for our stay. Originally we had booked from 4/2/2026-4/3/2026. But due to our flight being cancelled we had to stay for an extra 10 days. Natasha was incredibly helpful ensuring that we could stay safely in the accommodation until we were able to secure a flight home. We are extremely grateful to her for arranging this for us. Thank you so Very much Natasha for our Wonderful Stay.

Where to start? Whilst the email explaining how to gain entry was useful I really didn’t appreciate the authoritive tone of pre arrival & pre departure emails. Maybe it says much about your average guest but telling me there would be an additional charge for an extra towel when I’m paying $250 a night spoke of a lack of generosity of spirit. My email request for fresh towels was ignored but don’t worry as I discovered where they live & helped myself. By the way the shower head needs new washers. Then the explicit instructions on cleaning up before leaving left me pondering as to whether you’d like me to clean all the other bits your cleaners missed? Maybe hospitality is not for you.
