"A beautiful hotel in a perfect location, quiet, friendly, clean, staff are quick to get guests settled, the hotel is easy to navigate, food is cooked to order, fresh, great choice, room was warm, clean and had all you need for a lovely stay, extra pillows, tea, coffee, fan shower wash. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly, helpful. Would recommend a stay here anytime. We stayed the Easter weekend and staff were raisin money for GOSH. Parking and internet free. Very happy with our stay the best hotel we have stay in to date. 5 stars from us. Mr and Mrs Butler April 2026"

"I can’t say enough about this hotel the room is lovely and clean great view over the Quays. The staff are very warm and friendly the receptionist HANNA went above and beyond well done. The breakfast was great and the Hungry Horse restaurant had a great selection of reasonably priced food well cooked tasty and hot I would recommend the Salmon sizzler!"
