The facilities are fantastic at Lost Pines & the fact that they let you use the pool & amenities before you’ve checked in & after you’ve checked out is brilliant. Nice staff & great junior suite.

Staff are amazing and the grounds are clean and beautiful. A lot of activiites for our kids to do. Everyone was so nice and accomodating! We will be back!

Arrived at the hotel only to receive a piece of paper informing us that due to a broken pipe - ALL the pools are closed, there are hot water issues in rooms (no hot showers or baths) and restaurants aren't operating normally due to the water issues. We were offered a $20 voucher to the coffee shop to make up for these issues. Are you kidding? We immediately booked a different hotel. These issues should have been communicated to us PRIOR to arriving at the hotel. Will not return.

We have very bad experience it took us two hours to check in. The staff is not helpful in the front desk. They don’t give us the right to. I’m not happy and I will not recommend it to anybody to stay totally with kids. They will rule your vacation.

We did not have any hot water to take showers for both nights. A water pipe Brust on the pool, so we did not have any pool service and the fire pit by our room did not have any propane gas so we couldn’t light it. It was not a good stay! Did not enjoy, especially at that price!

Girls weekend! The property is beautiful but the prices are not. $20 mojitos and mixed drinks. Self parking $18. I would recommend free parking for guests and charging for the day visitors that come for golfing, or the other amenities. Lost Pines needs to look into a getting a traffic control device at then entrance to the resort. We were unable to get across the freeway to go into Bastrop for dinner. We had to turn R out of the Resort, move over 2 lanes and then make a U turn at the next light. This was not well planned by the Resort. The Resort is child friendly with several play areas and pool facilities. They do have an Adult only pool which is nice. I recommend having Adult only weekends so I don't spill my $20 mojito on the kid dashing through the lobby on their scooter. Check out was difficult as there was only 1 employee working at 945 am and there was a line of guests waiting. Hyatt, get some help and install a traffic control device at the entrance.

The water park wasn't open. Couldn't get in any water even tho it was heated water. Did not do any of the "extra amenities" and was charged anyway!

Always a great time at Lost Pines! Great family, fun, food grounds are impeccably kept, fun activities!

The entire property was immaculate. We loved the golf course. It was tuff but beautiful. The restaurants and bars were top notch@
