Service were on point. From security to reception staff,they all have a good vibrant vibes. It feels good to be there.Not forgetting the housekeepers too. One thing that needsto be better is the breakfast. Serving the same fried riceand fried noodles on every morning is abit too much.Definitely theres room for improvements. Overall im ahappy guest. Keep it up. For sure I will be back and hope tosee some improvements

我和我的家人有機會住在阿斯頓名古屋酒店。我們的登記過程非常快,無縫。我們被分配到13樓的一個房間,哦,男孩..多好的房間。它擁有巴坦市最好的城市景觀,在晚上我們可以看到巴坦的燈光。離美食廣場和購物中心最近的距離。所有工作人員都從安全、接待和餐廳工作人員那裏得到了非常棒的服務。他們在提供優質服務方面做得很好。最後但並非最不重要的是,特別感謝值班經理蘭迪先生,他使我們的住宿非常難忘。他非常友善,在整個住宿期間都對我們的所有需求都很關心。豎起大拇指,爲他出色的工作和努力使我們的住宿愉快。他是這家公司的一筆巨資。肯定會再次留在這裏,強烈推薦巴坦的酒店!

酒店整體還是不錯的，外面看着也挺氣派的，工作人員熱情。去商場，夜市或者去海邊距離都不遠。巴淡島用grab還是很方便的。酒店有點年頭，所以走進大堂時有點味道，房間裏冷氣很足，有陽台可以通風。

Mine was a business trip for 3months.PanBil is one of the best hotels in Batam.Rooms were well maintained.But as am from India I would suggest PanBil to serve Indian Foods (Idly,Dosa varieties)We were more than 20ppls staying in Panbil. Things to improve 1) Transport Facility 2)Serve Indian Food Murdani and Nuri are so responsible in their duties.I would give them 5stars

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. 我們作為一個 3 口之家住了 2 晚。房間乾淨整潔。登記入住很快而且很輕鬆。工作人員樂於助人且友好。別墅的位置很好，步行即可到達附近的海鮮餐廳。到購物中心的距離也不太遠，因為您可以在那裡輕鬆買到 Gojek。距離 BCS 購物中心和 A2 美食廣場約 6 公里。我覺得缺點之一是早餐品種不多，如果有自助餐就更好了。鄰近咖啡館/酒吧的音樂非常響亮，可能會打擾可能在那裡放鬆身心的客人。它並沒有打擾我很可能我累了所以睡得很好。總體而言，在這個度假村住宿是一次愉快的經歷。強烈推薦給希望度過浪漫假期的情侶。

房間整體比較乾淨，海景不錯，尤其是高層。週六晚燒烤之夜有歌手現場表演，就是燒烤機衹有一個，需要排長隊。除了週五週六，午飯晚飯很少有人在一樓餐廳吃，有時候會導致食材不太新鮮。但店家態度很好，碰到食材不新鮮的菜，經告知（其實並沒有投訴），主動送了果盤到房間。總體對服務態度比較滿意。

我們入住的是瑞尼海景房，辦理入住的時候，我跟前台説要海景最好的房間，結果她給了我一間138房，當時是下午，正是漲潮的時間，海水距離我們房間不到20米！真是最靠近大海的一次住宿！在門廊上看大海，海風吹拂，真是非常的美！沿着海灘散步，欣賞美景.傍晚，游泳池邊辦起了燒烤自助party,一個樂隊在為我們演唱.房間乾淨整潔，像小別墅，非常不錯的一次入住體驗！
