PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!Hotel male STAFF WALKED into a room full of teen, preteen girls WITHOUT knocking and yelled at them at 11pm, about a baby crying. Be careful!!!!!! That is NOT OK...we were in the room next to them trying to figure out plans for next day, as there was no room by the waterpark for the birthday party to happen. It is advertised "Have your party here" Hotel is very run down. I called before our visit to confirm the water park was open Fri- Sunday, it was stated to me that it 100% was. I called the day of our visit to see if the arcade took quarters and I was told it did, that they was 2 arcades. Then I was informed that the water park was NOT included in the hotel and it would be extra...we had 6 rooms booked for a child's birthday party. I was also informed that the water park was not open Friday evening. We decided to go anyway since we had 17 kids coming. We got there and it was all downhill from there. Arcades were NOT open at all, all weekend. One person in our party left because she was given a room that had roaches and then a second room with roaches!!! The pull out couches were broken and some rooms did not have them but we were told they would. One room smelled of cat piss and the switched our room to a smaller room with only one bed. Microwave worked in some rooms, water worked in some rooms. Hallways smelled of cat piss, domestic violence was happening in the rooms across from us and staff did NOTHING. Breakfast was NOT even continental breakfast,

I don't even stay because was so dirty was old blood on the bed and mold everywhere I have pictures I need a refund

The pool was closed and it was the reason I booked this hotel. The curtain in our room would not shut so we had a street light shining in our room all night.

Every room from the lobby to our suite smelled like a different shade of feet and cheese. The bathroom door was being held together with scotch tape. Mold on the sink. Didn't feel comfortable staying, honestly don't know how this building hasn't been condemned.

I We went for the first time to celebrate my son's birthday and went to sleep at the house. We couldn't stay there; people had big, smelly dogs. The room was filthy, the alarm detector was hanging from the ceiling and didn't even work. There was no phone, the internet didn't work, and the TV was awful.

We did not complete our stay. The staff was pleasant and agreed to provide a refund. The third floor where our room was located had a terrible smell. The room had wallpaper pealing, broken dresser and damaged ceiling tiles and did not appear clean. The side doors are not secure.

The hotel indoor water park is not open. It should list that before booking. The whole point is the water park not being stuck in a room.

Web page advertisement looked nice and said there was a water park. It was nonexistent. Facilities needed upgrades, bed was old and saw bugs in bathroom and by coffee maker.

The heat really didnt work. Had it turbed all the way up and still blowing out barely warm air. Booked stay for water park. Wayer park was closed
