The hotel room had a very bad smell to it. I went to the desk as soon as I checked in and reported it. The guy at the desk came to my room and told me it did smell bad and he would contact his manager. The manager told him that they would talk to me in the morning but nobody ever came to talk to me. The room didn’t have any wash clothes in the room either. The hot breakfast is a joke also there isn’t much to it at all. I would never stay here again. I give it a 2 star rating.

They double charged me for the room and tied up a significant percentage of my spending money for our weekend getaway. We had to cancel our Sunday plans because of it. They claimed that it would be returned the next morning, which it did not. There were people running up and down the hall at midnight yelling. Complaints to the staff went unanswered. Never again.

I did not sleep at the hotel because you put another address on the site which was different when booking once paid

This was advertised as having adjoining rooms available and is the reason I chose it for our family stay. I booked well in advance of our stay. When I checked in they informed me they DO NOT have adjoining rooms except for a few accessable rooms.I explianed that I would not have booked had I known that She said I could cancel and go somewhere else.. On Thanksgiving I should be running around trying to book another 3 adjoning room!!!! The shampoo and hair conditioner they provide in the shower were both empty causing me to shower in one of my relatives rooms!!Coffee was out at the complimebntary breakfast. Will not stay here again.

Bathroom wasnt working toliet didnt flush and sink wouldn't drain water all over Bathroom floor... staff was kind said only room available was a king bed I was with my 2 kids or room without heat.

When staying at any hotel it comes down to the little things. This hotel is beginning to show it's age. The drywall tape seams are beginning to bubble up; especially in the bathroom. There are chips in the trim paint, small marks on the wall, the night stand on my side of the bed was sticky, and so on. The comforter was clean but beginning to show the wear. They provide two pillows per queen bed and the pillows are very poor - worn out and mash up into nothing, Also, the coffee needs to be tended to. They only leave one type of coffee available during the non-breakfast hours, and for some reason they unplug the machine - so the coffee is made but can be cold. Also, I went down for a cup after dinner and the person behind the counter followed me to the coffee station and observed me? Very odd. Overall, my wife and I have decided we will not stay there again.

Dead bugs around jetted tubs. Dials were broken. Not enough towels. I had to wait several minutes for someone to come out of their office to check me in.
