THINK TWICE!
The staff while we were staying we’re very friendly and would try and help however they could but unfortunately that’s where the positives stop. We stayed in “The Range”, the basement level room, looking out to the car park. Firstly, the shutters on windows in the room did not close fully, so anyone in the car park/in front of the property would be able to see into the room, and the Ayrlington’s solution was to duck tape the window shut. Secondly, the bathroom wall was flaking and falling off all over the floor. After spending close to £400 for 2 nights for a “5 star” accommodation I feel like the quality was unacceptable. I’ve tried to contact the hotel multiple times for some for of compensation and I’ve been ignore each time!
