艾爾靈頓酒店(The Ayrlington)

步行5分鐘即可到達市中心。房間乾淨寬敞。我住的是一樓樓梯前的中式房間，房間很大，很漂亮，但我能聽到外面的噪音。沒有太注意停車場的景色，不過從停車場就能看到淋浴間和廁所的剪影。我懶得搬房間，就要了一條大毛巾遮住窗戶。我認為這部分需要改進。另外，還有10英鎊的停車費...我希望淡季他們不要收費。

The location is good, though a little bit far away from BATH Spa Railway station if you are walking. If the weather is good and sunny, it is OK to enjoy the scenes.

The room was spacious and in excellent condition. The staff were all friendly and made sure our stay was remarkable and we will definitely be staying here again.

I thought the staff and overall stay was brilliant, but did have some negatives. Bathroom door didn’t lock, the bed was very hard and I had to use the additional blanket to stop the spring feeling. Car park had one space left luckily. No fridge. Thought if it was 4 star it would be great but as it said 5 I was slightly disappointed.

We had a great stay at The Ayrlington. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Location is great for the city centre, only a 10 minute walk. Our room was spacious, we stayed in the Victorian room. Breakfast was served in a lovely little dining room with views over Bath. Parking was available at £10 per night. It was busy at times, however, we always managed to park. An enjoyable stay and we would recommend staying here.

Dont be put off by the exterior of this property the inside and service more than makes up for it. We arrived early and were greeted by Bianca who was customer service at its best. Our room nearly ready so we were seated in the snug and brought freshly made coffee. On entering our room it was spotlessly clean ,large,warm and beautifully decorated. The bathroom also lovely with nice toiletries. You have access to a lovely garden. Breakfast we decided was one of the best we have had and we have a lot of hotel breakfast. The choice was amazing ,cooked and presented beautifully and the service first class. All the staff very friendly and polite just wanting you tohave a good stay. Biancahad a vast knowledge of everything and willing to share even though she seemed to be taking part in all aspects of maintaing the hotel to a high standard. I hope the owner of this establishment appreciates all the hard work his staff do. 10 mins walk from a lovely city with plenty to do on a long weekend.

THINK TWICE! The staff while we were staying we’re very friendly and would try and help however they could but unfortunately that’s where the positives stop. We stayed in “The Range”, the basement level room, looking out to the car park. Firstly, the shutters on windows in the room did not close fully, so anyone in the car park/in front of the property would be able to see into the room, and the Ayrlington’s solution was to duck tape the window shut. Secondly, the bathroom wall was flaking and falling off all over the floor. After spending close to £400 for 2 nights for a “5 star” accommodation I feel like the quality was unacceptable. I’ve tried to contact the hotel multiple times for some for of compensation and I’ve been ignore each time!
