While we always do our best to accommodate requests for room continuity, on this occasion the hotel was fully booked, and we were unfortunately unable to keep the same room for the second night.Our team worked to find a suitable solution and offered an alternative room as soon as it became available. We regret that this situation caused inconvenience to you and your wife. However, we must also note our team clearly explained the situation and arranged an alternative room as soon as possible. Despite this, your behaviour towards our reception staff was aggressive and unacceptable.
