I needed an accessible room with roll in shower. The rooms was no longer available. Vanessa called me and made sure we were able to be comfortable during our stay. I am unsure of the floor of my original reservation, but was very pleased with the concierge room with lounge. The attendant there was very kind . We enjoyed the breakfast. We didnt get to enjoy the snacks although they were included as well. Housekeeping was good and fast when we requested additional towels. The only thing that bothered me wasbthe girl working when I checked in and when I had to checknin again after my original reservation expired. When checking in, I asked if it would be a nice room. She and another worker rolled their eyes and snickered. Im not sure why, but it was an uncomfortable feeling. She also did the same when i came down for towels and water my last night. The manager on duty my last day was great too.

Expected much better from a Marriott location. I did not receive the room that I had booked, I booked a king deluxe suite and got a double queen suite. My internet was not functioning when I first arrived, they did fix my internet, but I was already unhappy about the room not being what I had booked. I cannot confirm, but I think the room I got was not of a comparable price to what I actually booked and was charged the same for less. My room was cleaned and stripped before my checkout time, so if I wanted to go back up to my room after morning activities I could not as my room had already been stripped. The elevators were very slow leading me to being late to meetings, and the hall I was staying on had food crumbled onto the floor for the entire last day I was there. The food prices at the bar were reasonable, but the alcohol prices were outrageous.

Nice property and conveniently located to I-10. Very nice staff Very disappointed to be charged for parking. Huge open parking lots; self parking and charged $9 excluding taxes. Free parking was mentioned on Orbitz list of amenities. This should be updated. Ridiculous to have to pay to self-park at this property!!! Will definitely reconsider stopping here for future travel.

Everyone on staff was very helpful the food was awesome very helpful.the only problem was our last 2 nights little league kids running crazy in lobby n also banging on our door st 2am didnt appreciate that need a little more security to take care of this

First off, they surprise you with having to pay for parking. While in Baton Rouge, we were engaging in late activities and hoping to sleep in for once. However, the cleaning crew was loudly banging on doors and yelling throughout the hallways at 7:30 am. We called hotel management and he rudely stated, "It's protocol," and rudely hung up the phone. We asked the cleaning crew to stop yelling to one another and they ignored us. On vacation, paying that much money, you should be able to sleep past 8 am. To add insult to injury, the coffee downstairs is $5. The breakfast buffet is $25 and nothing that you couldn't get free at another hotel. I've stayed at several other hotels in this area and this was the worst value.

Rooms are nice sized and clean. Most hotels have really high shower heads, this one has hand held shower heads making adjusting the water temperature much easier. The staff is wonderful and eager to answer any questions you may have.

The hotel staff were so helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel needs better management. They were unprepared for all of the people coming from Scentsy World Tour for lunch. We had an 1 1/2 wait for food and drinks. I give them a 0 rating

Definitely will be my choice of a hotel when I come back in town. Family friendly convenient, clean, and quite. Good restaurant please try The Broken Egg or and Ruby Slippers they both serve very good breakfast.
