Good location for us coming from New Orleans for LSU game

I booked the hotel and got confirmation form Trip.com about the successful booking. After a six hours drive with little kids, we arrived at 8.20 pm and got told that the hotel is booked out. Middle of the night we had to find another hotel for 5 people in Baton Rouge. Very poor job by trip.com....they did not even called us. As Elite member, I also shocked about the response from the hotel...nobody called, nobody cared....will not booked here again (either business or private).

Great location—directly across from mall of LA; 16 min drive from Tiger Stadium for a concert. Nice, big room but toilet didn’t always flush. Breakfast selection was decent (free). Restaurant/bar was closed down.

When I checked in I was told that even thought I reserved a King bed, if its through a third party, I am only guaranteed a clean room. They put my husband and I in a handicapped double bed room. Floors are sticky bathroom not fully clean. Felt like this room had not been occupied for a long time. Not happy with this stay

Staff canceled my rooms when I paid for two and they only said I had one. Instead of finding it in my brothers name they told us we had to figure it out then got loud and canceled our stay. They never asked if it could be in another name. They were rude and not helpful at all.

Room was missing vital furniture - desk and chair that were once there as well as dresser below the tv. It appears that furniture might have been removed/sold to provide income, rather than making guests comfortable in the hotel. Will not stay at another Hyatt Place.

Bad Experience Upon Arrival When I drove into the parking lot about 8:30 pm to check in, a man approached me on a bicycle asking for money. I was not comfortable with this incident and feel the hotel should take action to prevent this from happening again.

It was the last room available due to a LSU game. Water was on no the floor due to leaks from the air conditioner. The water in the sink took forever to drain. The sheets had small specks of trash.
