The hotel seemed relatively new and was clean and comfortable.
Check-in at the front desk was disappointing however.
Brittany, who was seated in the lobby and not at the front desk, did not smile when we walked in or even greet us, except asking if we had a reservation. It seemed like we were an imposition to her because we interrupted her phone call. She spoke low that I had to ask her to repeat what was said many times. The rest of the staff was pleasant and accommodating but Brittany should not be in a customer service position. Hotel was very nice
