The primary reason I rented was to sleep during the day as I was working nights at a nearby hospital. Despite a do not disturb sign on my door, I was first awoken by housekeeping, informing me that I had to leave the room so the carpets could be cleaned. I was then called by management and asked to leave the room so the carpets could be clean. I packed my bags and left the room and won’t be staying at this location again.

The hotel seemed relatively new and was clean and comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was disappointing however. Brittany, who was seated in the lobby and not at the front desk, did not smile when we walked in or even greet us, except asking if we had a reservation. It seemed like we were an imposition to her because we interrupted her phone call. She spoke low that I had to ask her to repeat what was said many times. The rest of the staff was pleasant and accommodating but Brittany should not be in a customer service position. Hotel was very nice

Checked in the wrong guest against my name. I knew something wasn’t right when I got an email stating I was checked in and I was still 1.5 hours away. Then when we arrived they were giving me the wrong room.

There was hair all over the bathroom and in the towels. Someone tried to force their way on to our room early in the morning and when it was brought up to staff, they were very dismissive about the situation. Will never stay here again.

Ótimo hotel, café típico americano, camas confortáveis, quarto limpo.

Although we reserved a pet friendly room, they were not prepared for a pet friendly room. Very disappointing.
