Hôtel pet friendly propre par contre les meubles brisés et la salle de bain aurait besoin de rénovation.

Hôtel mal vieilli. Mérite une rénovation. Petit déjeuner intéressant!

Staff was very accomodating. Property was clean shower water fluctuate d continously. I was unable to raise the room temo it was locjed in at a very chilly 67.

We didn't have housekeeping any time during our 5 day stay despite repeated requests. Front desk staff was unhelpful, discourteous, and almost rude. The toilet seat in our room was loose, no heat, and a burned out light bulb but although we requested attention, nothing happened.

Convenient off highway. Property well utilized. Needs updating. Pool Merkley. Hot tub not functioning. Gym small and unclean

Parking entrance was not well marked from the road. Had to do a u-turn to fry back to the hotel.

Only problem was the shower. We addressed it and they did follow up o. It. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were friendly

The trip was not bad but the front desk controlling the temperature of the room was not fun. Firat night was 77 degrees and second night was 84. Told the front desk and they stated people on first floor were cold. Why have thermostats in every room if they are not usable. That was the only issue this trip as this is not a place i usually have issues with.

The young lady who checked us in and the young man who fixed our toilet were friendly and awesome

The room was extremely cold! Heat could not be adjusted from the room. When I complained to the front desk, I was offered a small space heater and an extra blanket. It was explained that your room temperature cannot be controlled by you, but is a central system forthe entire hotel.

My family and I loved the location, because it was so close to where we needed to be. We loved all the eatery places available and so many stores. I would recommend Country Inn Suites to everyone,
