The hotel is not well maintained, and cleanliness is a serious concern. Our first room had a leaking air conditioner, so we requested for a room change. In the second room, we found a cockroach on the bed. Later, due to an extension of our stay, we were moved to another room and found another cockroach near the wardrobe.
The facilities are also poorly maintained. The toilet seat cover was broken and had not been repaired. Housekeeping did not clean the room properly or replenish basic amenities such as shower gel and toilet paper.
The hotel needs to improve its maintenance, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards.
