Estrutura do resort é grande e completa, porém, pela experiência ruim na qualidade da comida(média~ruim) e na limpeza do quarto(travesseiros com odor de mofo) não recomendo com 5 estrelas.

Celebramos 60 años de mi esposo , pero desde el primer nada estubo bien, en el check in nos presentaron a un señor para que nos ayudara en todo pero el solo nos ofreció un negocio para discutirlo en un desayuno que supuestamente era en otro hotel mucho mejor que en el que estábamos y nos ofreció un spa y nos reservaría la cena para festejar a mis esposo pero al no aceptar el desayuno ni sus ventas , ya no tuvimos spa ni reservas , a este señor no lo volví ha ver durante mi estadía , tratamos de hacer reservas en los restaurantes y cómo ya fue tarde no había nada en ningún restaurante puse mi queja y me pudieron dar un lugar para cenar. Por otra parte en mi habitación no tuve aire acondicionado 😩 llame vienieron a tratar de arreglarlo pero siguió igual suerte que teníamos un ventilador grande , no había acondicionador de cabello no había loción para el cuerpo no chanclas no batas de baño y al preguntar por esto me dijo una persona que limpia que yo tenía que haberlo solicitado antes , se fue la luz en la habitación,,, en fin no fue buena nuestra estadía , Talves nos pasó solo a nosotros nose si mas personas tuvieron esta experiencia !!!! Fuimos muy ilusionados , y tratamos que esto no nos afecte , estar junto a mi familia fue mas importante!!!!!

Tuvimos una increíble experiencia en nuestra estadía por 5 días en este resort muy recomendable y el staff es muy amable , el servicio de habitación es excelente y la comida muy aceptable , gracias Iberoestar hotel por tan buen servicio!!

El hotel bonito, las instalaciones pueden mejorar. El servicio en restaurantes de especialidad muy lento. Los shows y bares muy buenos

Il soggiorno è stato molto rilassante: il resort è grande ma non enorme, si raggiunge tutto tranquillamente a piedi, animazione divertente ma non invasiva, spiaggia tenuta pulita (più di altri resort nei dintorni che abbiamo visto facendo delle passeggiate), cibo ok, forse un po’ ripetitivo al buffet. Le camere sono carine e pulite. Inizialmente ce ne avevano data una con vista sul ristorante dove c’era forte odore di cibo, ma abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla e l’hanno fatto, sono stati molto gentili. C’è effettivamente un odore un po’ sgradevole nelle stanze dato dall’aria condizionata e dall’impianto un po’ datato, ma non utilizzandola scompare. Nel complesso è stata una bella vacanza 😊

Gran lugar para vacacionar, los buffets ricos y variados, la atención del personal excelente. Buenísimo el hecho de que ya no tengan botellas de plástico con agua sino botellas de vidrio para refill. Los restaurantes temáticos no son tan buenos, hubiera preferido comer en los buffets

Todo bien solo falta un poco más de AC en el ascensor y algunos ambientes como en los buffets pero después estuvo bueno.

Notre concierge s’est montré plutôt envahissant. Même chose pour les multiples vendeurs sur la plage. La nourriture similaire d’un jour à l’autre et souvent très salée. Service attentionné dans les chambres et très belles plages. Not always easy to have service in english.

The property was dated, but relatively clean. The air conditioner in our room was very loud, and we found a cockroach in there one night. The pool and beach were extremely loud with all of the entertainment/activities (fitness classes, bingo, foam parties all at full blast). The gym was the only very good thing about this resort. Modern, clean, and had everything we needed. Our biggest issue with our stay was with the food, which was not good at all. We ended up moving to a different resort halfway through our stay because we couldnt find anything we wanted to eat. Very greatful to Dahiana at the front desk, who helped us navigate our move to the Grand Bavaro, which was a much better experience.

The food was not good at all, the buffet was ok but the reservations to the other restaurants were pretty ba. Plates were served already and on the fridge. No fresh ingredients as very small portions. Food at the snack bar was old and dry. For the price that I paid was unacceptable.service is nice people are friendly but it was a poor experience!

It was a beautiful beautiful resort!! For the most part food was great, the only thing that was annoying was getting reservations at the restaurants. The resort itself is very clean, the only instance we had issues with that is when they came to clean our rooms and we told them to come back in 10minutes and it took about an 1 hour. All and all I would recommend this place to anyone it was a great time!

Pretty but mostly Latin/Spanish. Few Americans so no kids for my daughter t play with both in the kids club and bout. The beach chairs are practically on top of each other. They have a ridiculous reservation system when you have to decide all the first day and then you can only reserve 4 nights and the rest you have to have buffet. I choose the resorts with many restaurants to have the choice. The Smoke House food was HORRIFIC. staff mixed. Some didnt let us have a drink while we sorted out something with the restaurant reservation. Iberostar runs some strange classist situation where they constantly tell you that you will get something better if you just upgrade....

They made us feel like family. Everyone was very kind! Especially Maria our drink lady at the pool. We will be back for the fifth time in 2026. You are the best! Can't wait.

Great service at this resort. The only complaint was the sraff at the Catalaran rental place. They misbooked me and when I came for the appointment they said it was not available when another couple was taking a Catamaran out. The rebooked for jext day and also cancelled due to high winds
