El hotel muy bonito, la comida muy rica! El staff super amables. Lo unico q nos decepciono fue los precios de las tiendas de souvenirs, muy caro y se aprovechan del turista subiendo exsajeradamente losvprecios. Ceeo q por el hotel talves regresaria a pun tacana, pero por lo caro no no.

Notre 8ème séjour au RPM. Accueil chaleureux, chambre très bien placée, belle vue, 2 semaines de détente dans une ambiance chaleureuse et un décor parfait. Je souligne à nouveau le travail exemplaire de tout le personnel de l’hôtel. Pour le reste, vous pouvez vous reporter à avis précédents. Depuis le lifting de 2012, notre RPM avis repris quelques rides. Cette année, une rénovation totale va sera effectué entre avril et octobre. L’an prochain nous aurons donc un hôtel tout neuf, et je sais que nous serons alors émerveillés. Merci à tous, et vivement notre prochain séjour. Philippe et Bruno – CHATILLON 92.

The food was very good, though there was a limited selection since two of the à la cart restaurants offer the same menu. The buffet, while a buffet, was still good. They had a very good selection at the buffet and tried to mix it up a lot. The beach was absolutely beautiful and we never had to search for a chair or a Bali bed, we were in the VIP section which I highly recommend if you want the ability to go to a quieter pool. The very best thing about this vacation however, with the staff. Everybody was incredibly friendly and helpful. Margarita at the buffet and Sexy Chocolate and Coca Cola were so much fun, but honestly, everyone was as wonderful. Thanks to all of them for making our vacation fantastic!

Great adult resort with wonderful food, salt water pool and a very nice beach with good waves. The spa has its own pool with pulsating massang water jets which are a big plus. Great desserts as well. Highly recommneded.

Overall we liked the hotel and the property. However the staff were very rude and unprofessional. After asked for lids for our coffees the guy working at the coffee shop called my husband "faget" in spanish!!! We told the reception nobody said they're sorry, no apology, nothing! They did nothing. It happened a accident with my husband where he fell and has trauma on his knee, again nobody from the hotel asked how was he, if we were alright. On leaving the hotel I asked a guy at the reception for our luggage and the guy scremed at me that he heard me and that they were going to bring the luggage. Very dissapointed.
